(Image : Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le mythe du foss\u00e9 entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations au travail est battu en br\u00e8che par une nouvelle \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e par le cabinet de conseil en ressources humaines Egon Zehnder en coop\u00e9ration avec le cabinet de conseil Kearney. Selon cette \u00e9tude, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, les millennials, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X et les boomers se ressemblent plus qu'on ne le pense en ce qui concerne leurs id\u00e9es sur le travail et la carri\u00e8re. En particulier lorsqu'il s'agit du bien-\u00eatre personnel, de l'\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e et des attentes envers les dirigeants, on constate une grande concordance entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. 8181 personnes de huit pays (Br\u00e9sil, Chine, France, Allemagne, Inde, Japon, Royaume-Uni et \u00c9tats-Unis) ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude. Une distinction a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite entre les cinq g\u00e9n\u00e9rations suivantes : Gen Z (n\u00e9 entre 1997 ou plus jeune), les jeunes millennials (n\u00e9s entre 1988 et 1996), les millennials plus \u00e2g\u00e9s (n\u00e9s entre 1978 et 1987), la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X (n\u00e9e entre 1965 et 1977) et les boomers (n\u00e9s entre 1957 et 1964).<\/p>\n<h3>Un \u00e9quilibre sain entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e est important pour toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations<\/h3>\n<p>Parmi les principaux r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate, on peut citer le fait que la solidit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de l'employeur et un bon \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e sont aussi importants qu'un salaire attractif pour toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations (80 %). Selon l'\u00e9tude, le bien-\u00eatre mental et physique est encore plus important pour les personnes interrog\u00e9es lors du choix de l'employeur (82 %). Deux tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es seraient en outre pr\u00eates \u00e0 quitter leur emploi pour un poste qu'elles estiment personnellement plus porteur de sens. Cette volont\u00e9 est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e chez les Millennials (70 %), compar\u00e9e \u00e0 la Gen X (59 %), \u00e0 la Gen Z (58 %) et aux Boomers (54 %). En revanche, toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations appr\u00e9cient les leaders qui \u00e9coutent, responsabilisent leurs \u00e9quipes, prennent leurs d\u00e9cisions en toute transparence et transmettent une vision.  Et parmi toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, les Millennials sont ceux qui se sentent les plus confiants et les plus aptes \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis. 76% d'entre eux sont optimistes quant \u00e0 leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 obtenir le succ\u00e8s qu'ils m\u00e9ritent dans la vie, suivis par la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X (63 %), les boomers (62 %) et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z (61 %).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le leadership collaboratif est le plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le souhait de travailler de mani\u00e8re autonome se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans les attentes des travailleurs vis-\u00e0-vis de leurs sup\u00e9rieurs. Ils appr\u00e9cient particuli\u00e8rement d'\u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9s et mis en confiance, que les dirigeants demandent des estimations et que leur processus de d\u00e9cision soit compr\u00e9hensible. \"Aujourd'hui, travailler de mani\u00e8re moderne signifie avant tout donner \u00e0 son propre personnel l'espace n\u00e9cessaire pour s'\u00e9panouir. Pour cela, les espaces de libert\u00e9 et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de responsabilit\u00e9s sont tout aussi importants que l'\u00e9change actif et transparent.
