Alors que la demande en profils d'approvisionnement et de logistique reste constante, tant dans les PME que dans les multinationales,<br \/>\nMichael Page aide de plus en plus ses clients \u00e0 recruter des candidats hautement qualifi\u00e9s ayant une exp\u00e9rience de la planification (offre et demande) afin de<br \/>\nde faire progresser l'int\u00e9gration de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications requises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nicolai Mikkelsen, directeur et membre du conseil d'administration de Michael Page : \"A quelques exceptions pr\u00e8s, on attend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des candidats qu'ils parlent au moins une ou deux langues nationales. Les profils trilingues (fran\u00e7ais, allemand et anglais) sont toujours tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9s par les entreprises locales, tandis que l'anglais reste important pour les multinationales\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diff\u00e9rences salariales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les salaires, le lieu joue un r\u00f4le important : il y a souvent de nettes diff\u00e9rences de salaire entre les grandes villes et les petites villes.<br \/>\nau reste de la Suisse (environ 10%) et entre les r\u00e9gions germanophones et francophones (environ 10%). Les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs peuvent percevoir un salaire de plus de 200 000 francs et ont en outre la possibilit\u00e9 de recevoir de 10 \u00e0 30 % de bonus (voir tableau ci-dessous). En outre, les candidats de haut niveau peuvent s'attendre \u00e0 recevoir des offres de plusieurs employeurs pour des postes tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La forte croissance en glissement annuel s'explique par les marges b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sous pression des entreprises suisses et par l'excellente stabilit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement nationale.
