Dans sa derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude, Robert Half a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 23'000 employ\u00e9s dans huit pays \u00e0 quel point ils \u00e9taient heureux dans leur travail et quels facteurs jouaient un r\u00f4le dans ce bonheur ? Il n'existe pas de formule universelle du bonheur, mais six facteurs universels influencent directement la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s et devraient donc \u00eatre pris en compte par le management.<\/p>\n

Des collaborateurs fid\u00e8les <\/strong><\/p>\n

Tous les travailleurs n'atteignent pas un niveau de bonheur \u00e9lev\u00e9 : un tiers des participants \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude pr\u00e9voit de changer de travail dans les six prochains mois. Les salari\u00e9s qui occupent un poste de direction sont plus heureux que les autres.<\/p>\n

Que peuvent donc faire les sup\u00e9rieurs pour que leurs collaborateurs travaillent avec plaisir et restent fid\u00e8les \u00e0 l'entreprise ? \"Le bonheur est bien s\u00fbr une \u00e9motion profond\u00e9ment personnelle. Il est n\u00e9anmoins possible d'influencer concr\u00e8tement la satisfaction au travail\", explique Yeng Chow, Senior Manager chez Robert Half \u00e0 Zurich.<\/p>\n

\"Les collaborateurs heureux sont plus productifs et plus cr\u00e9atifs, ils sont moins souvent malades et restent plus longtemps fid\u00e8les \u00e0 l'entreprise. C'est donc une raison suffisante pour se consacrer s\u00e9rieusement aux aspects essentiels du bonheur et mettre en place des mesures\". Pour la majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s, la responsabilit\u00e9 du bonheur incombe aussi bien aux sup\u00e9rieurs qu'aux collaborateurs eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n

Seuls 6 % attendent de l'employeur qu'il veille principalement au bien-\u00eatre au travail. Une personne sur cinq (19 %) estime que la responsabilit\u00e9 incombe en grande partie \u00e0 chaque employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Six facteurs de satisfaction<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chaque employ\u00e9 a certes des besoins, des objectifs et des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences diff\u00e9rents. N\u00e9anmoins, les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude fournissent des indications claires sur certains facteurs universels qui influencent directement la satisfaction des collaborateurs. Ces six facteurs ne motivent pas seulement les collaborateurs, ils am\u00e9liorent \u00e9galement le travail d'\u00e9quipe et facilitent ainsi les efforts de recrutement et les mesures de fid\u00e9lisation des collaborateurs :<\/p>\n

1) Le bon travail <\/strong><\/p>\n

Un processus de recrutement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, avec des descriptions de poste d\u00e9taill\u00e9es et des entretiens d'embauche approfondis, permet d'engager des collaborateurs qui correspondent bien \u00e0 la culture de l'entreprise et qui savent ce qui les attend. Les bonnes incitations et un r\u00e9ajustement continu contribuent \u00e0 influencer durablement la satisfaction des collaborateurs et donc leur fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'entreprise.<\/em><\/p>\n

2) Plus de responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n

A peine la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (49 %) disent pouvoir exercer une influence au travail ou \u00eatre cr\u00e9atives (45 %). Le pouvoir de d\u00e9cision et la libert\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation sont pourtant des aspects essentiels du bonheur professionnel.<\/p>\n

3) Une appr\u00e9ciation sinc\u00e8re <\/strong><\/p>\n

Un feedback constructif r\u00e9gulier et une reconnaissance honn\u00eate des performances g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des moments de bonheur durable au travail.<\/p>\n

4) Sentir le sens <\/strong><\/p>\n

Les collaborateurs qui exercent un travail qui a du sens sont plus heureux que ceux pour qui il s'agit \"seulement\" d'un travail. Les employ\u00e9s qui sont fiers de leur entreprise ont 2,8 fois plus de chances d'\u00eatre heureux au travail. La fiert\u00e9 est donc le moteur le plus puissant au monde pour le bonheur des travailleurs.<\/p>\n

5) Faire l'exp\u00e9rience du fair-play et du respect <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour les femmes, cet aspect est le facteur de bonheur le plus important. Globalement, les relations \u00e9quitables et respectueuses sont le deuxi\u00e8me facteur de bonheur au travail le plus important au monde. Seuls 7 % de ceux qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de respect pr\u00e9voient de changer de travail dans les mois \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n

6) Un climat de travail positif<\/strong><\/p>\n

De bonnes relations sur le lieu de travail garantissent davantage de plaisir, d'innovation et une meilleure collaboration - au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res de l'\u00e9quipe. Les sup\u00e9rieurs qui parviennent \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une bonne ambiance et un climat d'attention et de convivialit\u00e9 peuvent compter sur des collaborateurs motiv\u00e9s et productifs.<\/p>\n

\"Qu'est-ce qui am\u00e9liore le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s ? Comment assurer durablement un haut niveau de satisfaction chez les employ\u00e9s ? Ce sont des questions critiques pour le succ\u00e8s auxquelles les entreprises suisses devraient trouver des r\u00e9ponses. Les collaborateurs qui s'engagent fortement et qui sont attach\u00e9s \u00e0 l'entreprise et \u00e0 ses valeurs s'investissent beaucoup sur leur lieu de travail\", r\u00e9sume Yeng Chow. \"Les collaborateurs sont heureux et motiv\u00e9s lorsqu'ils ont le sentiment que leurs comp\u00e9tences et leur exp\u00e9rience correspondent au poste. Les entreprises doivent v\u00e9rifier cela de mani\u00e8re intensive d\u00e8s la phase de recrutement et le d\u00e9terminer sans cesse par la suite. En fin de compte, les carri\u00e8res ne sont pas grav\u00e9es dans la pierre. Si les entreprises mettent en \u0153uvre ces mesures de mani\u00e8re proactive, elles constateront une am\u00e9lioration sensible de leur productivit\u00e9 et de leur rentabilit\u00e9\".<\/p>\n
