(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>L'assureur-maladie Helsana et la caisse-maladie allemande Barmer montrent, \u00e0 l'aide d'exemples de soins choisis, dans leur derni\u00e8re analyse pour les ann\u00e9es 2020 et 2021, qu'il n'y a pas eu de p\u00e9nurie de soins sur l'ensemble du territoire pendant la pand\u00e9mie Corona. L'\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement compar\u00e9 le d\u00e9roulement de la pand\u00e9mie et l'intervention de l'\u00c9tat : m\u00eame si la pand\u00e9mie s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re similaire dans les deux pays, les dispositions prises par les autorit\u00e9s et les interventions de l'\u00c9tat en Suisse et en Allemagne diff\u00e8rent consid\u00e9rablement. Une comparaison chronologique montre que l'Allemagne a pris des mesures nettement plus restrictives et les a maintenues plus longtemps. Les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 des deux pays se sont toutefois montr\u00e9s robustes.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Premi\u00e8re implantation d'endoproth\u00e8ses du genou rattrap\u00e9e<\/h3>\r\n<p>Les mesures prises par les autorit\u00e9s pour limiter les interventions m\u00e9dicales non urgentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ordonn\u00e9es et respect\u00e9es tant dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 allemand que suisse. Au cours de la premi\u00e8re vague, cela s'est traduit par un recul marqu\u00e9 de l'implantation d'endoproth\u00e8ses du genou dans les deux pays. Par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, pr\u00e8s de dix pour cent d'op\u00e9rations d'arthroplastie du genou en moins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans les deux pays. En Suisse, un plus grand nombre de ces interventions a \u00e9t\u00e9 rattrap\u00e9 qu'en Allemagne.<\/p>\r\n<h3>D\u00e9pistage du cancer du sein en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse<\/h3>\r\n<p>Depuis 2011, plusieurs cantons ont mis en place des programmes de d\u00e9pistage du cancer du sein. En Allemagne, toutes les femmes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 50 \u00e0 69 ans sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 se soumettre \u00e0 une mammographie de d\u00e9pistage volontaire. Pendant la pand\u00e9mie, on a pu trouver dans les deux pays des indices montrant que les femmes de l'\u00e2ge recommand\u00e9 de 50 \u00e0 69 ans se soumettaient \u00e0 une mammographie avec un peu plus de r\u00e9ticence que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. En Suisse, un effet de rattrapage s'est fait sentir dans les cantons dot\u00e9s d'un programme de d\u00e9pistage, et ce d\u00e8s le lendemain du lockdown. Dans les cantons sans programme de d\u00e9pistage, aucun effet de rattrapage n'a pu \u00eatre mis en \u00e9vidence.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Vaccination des enfants en l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse pendant la pand\u00e9mie<\/h3>\r\n<p>Le d\u00e9bat houleux autour de la vaccination pendant la pand\u00e9mie de Corona ne semble pas avoir eu d'influence significative sur la volont\u00e9 des parents de se faire vacciner dans les deux pays. Chez les jeunes enfants, on a m\u00eame observ\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation des vaccinations de base recommand\u00e9es contre la rougeole, les oreillons et la rub\u00e9ole.
