La plate-forme Compasso<\/a> est un r\u00e9seau neutre et actif au niveau national avec un large soutien de plus de 90 membres. Il joue un r\u00f4le important dans l'int\u00e9gration professionnelle des personnes handicap\u00e9es en mettant en r\u00e9seau les employeurs avec les partenaires pertinents du syst\u00e8me afin de d\u00e9velopper ensemble des processus et des instruments adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la pratique.<\/p>\n

L'insertion ou la r\u00e9insertion professionnelle comme solution \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e<\/h3>\n

Suivant cette vision, le colloque de cette ann\u00e9e avait pour th\u00e8me : \"La (r\u00e9)insertion professionnelle comme solution \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e - un potentiel en friche\".
\nDes experts sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s issus des domaines du conseil en \u00e9conomie publique, des services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans l'insertion professionnelle ainsi que du domaine des assurances sociales ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs conclusions, des exemples pratiques r\u00e9ussis ainsi que les premiers r\u00e9sultats d'une \u00e9tude en cours sur le th\u00e8me de la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l'Office AI de Berne. L'objectif de cette manifestation \u00e9tait l'\u00e9change, le d\u00e9veloppement d'approches de solutions ainsi que l'\u00e9laboration de mesures concr\u00e8tes pour lutter contre la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 sous l'aspect de la (r\u00e9)int\u00e9gration. Des repr\u00e9sentants des plus grands employeurs suisses comme les CFF, Swisscom, la Poste suisse, des cadres et des d\u00e9cideurs de PME ainsi que des sp\u00e9cialistes de l'int\u00e9gration et des partenaires sociaux de fondations et d'organisations renomm\u00e9es \u00e9taient de la partie.<\/p>\n

Les changements d\u00e9mographiques, la faible conciliation entre travail et responsabilit\u00e9s extraprofessionnelles et le souhait de mod\u00e8les de travail plus flexibles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des signes des temps. Ils font partie des plus grands d\u00e9fis pour le march\u00e9 du travail suisse. Dans un avenir proche, la Suisse manquera de nombreux travailleurs. Pour contrer la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre attendue en Suisse, il faut maintenant trouver des solutions orient\u00e9es vers l'avenir.<\/p>\n

Mieux exploiter les ressources<\/h3>\n

Les participants \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence \u00e9taient unanimes : l'un des potentiels r\u00e9side dans la (r\u00e9)insertion professionnelle des personnes qui ont quitt\u00e9 ou risquent de quitter le monde du travail suite \u00e0 une maladie ou un accident. La (r\u00e9)insertion sur le march\u00e9 du travail permet de mieux exploiter le savoir-faire national, ce qui profite aussi bien \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie qu'\u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le colloque Compasso de cette ann\u00e9e s'est pench\u00e9 sur les approches permettant d'illustrer et d'utiliser concr\u00e8tement le potentiel de la (r\u00e9)insertion professionnelle pour le march\u00e9 du travail suisse. Des contributions d'experts et des \u00e9changes d'exp\u00e9riences anim\u00e9s ont permis de d\u00e9couvrir le potentiel inexploit\u00e9 de la (r\u00e9)insertion professionnelle et la mani\u00e8re dont celle-ci peut r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis futurs du march\u00e9 du travail suisse. Des parcours en petits groupes ont permis d'aborder les processus de recrutement sans barri\u00e8res, l'am\u00e9nagement durable des conditions d'embauche de sp\u00e9cialistes souffrant d'un handicap ainsi que le th\u00e8me de la reconversion professionnelle.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
