Karin Zahnd Cadoux, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue au conseil d'administration de la Banque WIR en 2014 et pr\u00e9sidente en 2019, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas se repr\u00e9senter aux \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales du conseil d'administration qui auront lieu lors de l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 5 juin 2023. Cette femme de 49 ans invoque des raisons personnelles pour expliquer sa d\u00e9cision : \"Je suis une bourreau de travail, mais deux d\u00e9c\u00e8s et une maladie grave dans mon entourage proche m'ont amen\u00e9e \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer mes priorit\u00e9s\". En tant que chef d'entreprise, Zahnd Cadoux souhaite donc non seulement se concentrer \u00e0 nouveau davantage sur sa propre entreprise, mais aussi consacrer plus de temps \u00e0 sa famille.<\/p>\n

Pour faire le grand \u00e9cart entre continuit\u00e9 et vent nouveau, le conseil d'administration de la Banque WIR soutient la candidature \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de Marc Reimann (41 ans). Le CEO de Zirkumflex AG, dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Cham, est membre du conseil d'administration depuis 2013 - et son vice-pr\u00e9sident depuis 2021.<\/p>\n
