En d'autres termes, vous devez observer attentivement et \u00eatre capable d'\u00e9valuer la situation. Dans la Silicon Valley, il existe m\u00eame une expression consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 ce sujet. En l'occurrence, il existe huit domaines qui bouleversent votre secteur, qui sont actuellement en pleine mutation et pour lesquels l'\u00e9volution est tr\u00e8s fortement exponentielle :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Communication et r\u00e9seaux<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9nergie<\/li>\n<li>Lutte contre les maladies et le cancer<\/li>\n<li>Cellules souches et long\u00e9vit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Transports<\/li>\n<li>Robotique et main-d'\u0153uvre<\/li>\n<li>Mat\u00e9riaux, production et impression 3D<\/li>\n<li>Computation et intelligence artificielle<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Poser des questions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les exemples suivants montrent \u00e0 quel point il est toutefois difficile de prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 partir de questions aussi exponentielles qui se posent actuellement. Une condition pr\u00e9alable importante est de se poser les bonnes questions. Ces questions sont notamment les suivantes : Que signifie pour mon entreprise le fait que<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des milliards de personnes suppl\u00e9mentaires ont soudain acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet ?<\/li>\n<li>Chaque personne a la possibilit\u00e9 de se former en ligne ?<\/li>\n<li>les co\u00fbts de transport peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9norm\u00e9ment r\u00e9duits gr\u00e2ce aux voitures et aux camions autonomes ainsi qu'aux drones ?<\/li>\n<li>Le transport de l'\u00e9nergie devient moins important que le stockage de l'\u00e9nergie ?<\/li>\n<li>des maladies comme le cancer peuvent soudain \u00eatre combattues avec succ\u00e8s ?<\/li>\n<li>L'intelligence artificielle peut-elle \u00e9tablir de meilleurs diagnostics que les m\u00e9decins ?<\/li>\n<li>les gens peuvent vivre 100 ou 150 ans ?<\/li>\n<li>Les robots et l'impression 3D font-ils du processus de fabrication une commodit\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n<li>Les cellules organiques peuvent-elles \u00eatre combin\u00e9es avec la technologie ?<\/li>\n<li>l'intelligence artificielle devienne omnipr\u00e9sente dans la vie quotidienne, par exemple pour lire sur les l\u00e8vres ou \u00e9tablir un diagnostic ?<\/li>\n<li>Quand les t\u00e2ches quotidiennes simples au bureau sont prises en charge par le Machine Learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deux variantes au choix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez que votre entreprise soit comp\u00e9titive face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis de notre \u00e9poque, vous pouvez en principe choisir entre deux variantes : Premi\u00e8rement, vous pouvez r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts par rapport \u00e0 vos concurrents, produire ainsi \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt et proposer en cons\u00e9quence des produits moins chers. Ou, deuxi\u00e8mement, vous pouvez augmenter l'utilit\u00e9 de vos produits et services pour les clients et ainsi augmenter \u00e0 la fois votre chiffre d'affaires et votre marge.<\/p>\n<p>Mais quelle que soit l'option choisie, l'informatique joue toujours un r\u00f4le extr\u00eamement important. Les entreprises qui op\u00e8rent aujourd'hui avec succ\u00e8s sur leur march\u00e9 respectif ont compris depuis longtemps qu'elles ne peuvent pas consid\u00e9rer l'informatique comme un simple facteur de co\u00fbts. En effet, l'informatique est souvent un facilitateur, voire un catalyseur de l'activit\u00e9. Toutefois, l'approche est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus directe et plus \u00e9vidente lorsqu'il s'agit de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. Si l'informatique est utilis\u00e9e comme facilitateur, des \u00e9conomies consid\u00e9rables peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es tant dans le domaine de l'optimisation que de l'automatisation des processus. Dans le domaine de l'optimisation des processus, on trouve non seulement l'\"\u00e9lectrification\", mais aussi la \"num\u00e9risation\", \u00e0 savoir la transformation compl\u00e8te des d\u00e9roulements de processus analogiques actuels, de sorte qu'ils puissent \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9organis\u00e9s et rendus plus efficaces dans le contexte global.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apprendre des start-ups en mati\u00e8re de disruption<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En revanche, s'il s'agit d'augmenter les avantages pour les clients, la proc\u00e9dure optimale n'est plus aussi \u00e9vidente. C'est pourquoi ce domaine est justement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la discipline reine absolue dans l'approche des nouveaux mod\u00e8les commerciaux et des nouvelles technologies. C'est la raison pour laquelle l'am\u00e9lioration de l'utilit\u00e9 pour le client est redout\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence par les grands groupes. La raison principale de ce fait r\u00e9side dans le fait que les petites start-up, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9mocratisation de l'informatique et de la technologie qui se dessine d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis des ann\u00e9es dans une mesure croissante, peuvent agir de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus agile sur les march\u00e9s et mettre sur le march\u00e9 des \"avantages clients am\u00e9lior\u00e9s\" beaucoup plus rapidement que ne le font les grands groupes - notamment en raison des structures qui y sont \u00e9tablies et de la crainte de leur propre cannibalisation.
