A cette occasion, le conseil de fondation a choisi Mme Susanne M\u00fcller Ineichen, n\u00e9e en 1968 et originaire de Rothenburg (LU), comme nouvelle m\u00e9diatrice. Madame M\u00fcller Ineichen est avocate et travaille depuis f\u00e9vrier 2019 aupr\u00e8s de l'office de m\u00e9diation. D\u00e9but 2021, Mme M\u00fcller Ineichen a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue suppl\u00e9ante de la titulaire actuelle du poste. Elle prendra ses fonctions de nouvelle directrice le 1er ao\u00fbt 2023.<\/p>\r\n<p>La t\u00e2che principale de la Fondation Ombudsman consiste \u00e0 dissiper les malentendus entre les assur\u00e9s et les assureurs et \u00e0 trouver des solutions en cas de divergences d'opinion. Sa comp\u00e9tence s'\u00e9tend aussi bien \u00e0 l'assurance-maladie obligatoire (AOS) qu'aux assurances compl\u00e9mentaires des frais de gu\u00e9rison et aux assurances d'indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res en cas de maladie g\u00e9r\u00e9es par les assureurs-maladie de leurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s partenaires. L'objectif de son activit\u00e9 est d'aider gratuitement et de mani\u00e8re non bureaucratique les assur\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre leurs probl\u00e8mes avec les assureurs et d'\u00e9viter les proc\u00e9dures judiciaires. L'Ombudsman est actif dans toute la Suisse.<\/p>\r\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes et sa formation d'avocate, la nouvelle directrice d\u00e9sign\u00e9e, Susanne M\u00fcller Ineichen, a travaill\u00e9 comme greffi\u00e8re au tribunal d'instance de Lucerne et au tribunal administratif du canton de Lucerne. Par la suite, elle a travaill\u00e9 pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans les services juridiques de Concordia Assurance-maladie, de la SUVA ainsi que de la CSS Assurance-maladie. Le domaine de la protection des donn\u00e9es a constitu\u00e9 un point fort de son activit\u00e9.
