(Graphique : FH Suisse)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es (HES) n'ont pas le droit de d\u00e9livrer des doctorats. Depuis 2017, les premiers mod\u00e8les de coop\u00e9ration sont soutenus financi\u00e8rement par le message FRI : Douze projets de coop\u00e9ration pour des programmes doctoraux de HES\/HEP en collaboration avec des universit\u00e9s suisses et six projets de coop\u00e9ration pour des programmes doctoraux de HES\/HEP en collaboration avec des hautes \u00e9coles \u00e9trang\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s. D'autres se sont ajout\u00e9s dans l'intervalle. Les premi\u00e8res personnes ont aujourd'hui termin\u00e9 leur doctorat dans le mod\u00e8le de coop\u00e9ration. L'association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9-e-s HES Suisse a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate afin d'\u00e9valuer comment la situation est actuellement per\u00e7ue par les diff\u00e9rents groupes d'int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<h3>La rel\u00e8ve souhaite un 3e cycle autonome dans les hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<p>Selon l'enqu\u00eate de FH Suisse, 88% des personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es souhaitent que les hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es puissent d\u00e9cerner elles-m\u00eames le 3e cycle (doctorat, PhD, etc.). L'argument le plus souvent choisi est \"pour que le paysage des hautes \u00e9coles soit vraiment \u00e9quivalent mais diff\u00e9rent\". Parmi les \u00e9tudiants et les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, 57% trouvent qu'il est judicieux de faire un doctorat dans une haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. La raison la plus souvent invoqu\u00e9e est \"pour compl\u00e9ter le 3e cycle par un programme orient\u00e9 vers l'application\/la pratique\". (Graphique : HES Suisse)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les raisons invoqu\u00e9es en faveur d'un doctorat en HES se recoupent avec l'argumentation de l'association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9-e-s des HES : Le profil diff\u00e9rent des HES exige que celui-ci soit \u00e9galement appliqu\u00e9 au troisi\u00e8me niveau de Bologne. Selon la loi sur l'encouragement et la coordination des hautes \u00e9coles, l'espace suisse des hautes \u00e9coles se compose de \"types de hautes \u00e9coles \u00e9quivalents mais diff\u00e9rents\" ayant un mandat de recherche. Un doctorat autonome dans une haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e peut \u00eatre d\u00e9duit de cette loi. Le 3e cycle peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par la participation des HES \u00e0 un programme orient\u00e9 vers l'application\/la pratique. Cela permettrait de renforcer le profil des HES, d'assurer le transfert de la recherche vers la pratique et de promouvoir la rel\u00e8ve dans les HES. Les HES auraient la possibilit\u00e9 de former elles-m\u00eames plus facilement leur propre corps enseignant. \"Nouveau, diff\u00e9rent, proche de la pratique tout en \u00e9tant scientifiquement fond\u00e9 : C'est l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side la grande chance d'un 3e cycle dans les HES\", r\u00e9sume Andri Silberschmidt, conseiller national et pr\u00e9sident de FH Suisse, en pr\u00e9sentant les arguments.<\/p>\n<h3>Autres r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate<\/h3>\n<p>Parmi les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es, la raison la plus souvent cit\u00e9e pour un doctorat dans une HES est \"Je veux compl\u00e9ter mes \u00e9tudes par un doctorat\". Chez les \u00e9tudiants\/dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, la planification d'une carri\u00e8re dans une HES (enseignant, etc.) joue un r\u00f4le important.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es qui recherchent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un doctorat (50%), la recherche dure en moyenne deux ans. Pour ceux qui ont pu entamer un doctorat (\u00e9tudiants\/dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s), la recherche a dur\u00e9 moins d'un an. Les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es ont re\u00e7u en moyenne trois r\u00e9ponses n\u00e9gatives.<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon 50% des \u00e9tudiants\/dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s, la coop\u00e9ration entre les hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et les hautes \u00e9coles universitaires fonctionne. 34% ne donnent pas de r\u00e9ponse claire. 16% sont insatisfaits de la coop\u00e9ration. Les raisons cit\u00e9es sont entre autres que la coop\u00e9ration n'est pas du tout institutionnalis\u00e9e et que la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 est insuffisante. Les HES estiment que la coop\u00e9ration fonctionne (73%). Les encadrants sont 65% \u00e0 dire que les coop\u00e9rations fonctionnent.<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusion : le doctorat dans les hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es devrait \u00eatre possible<\/h3>\n<p>Les possibilit\u00e9s existantes pour les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s HES de faire un doctorat devraient \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es. Le mod\u00e8le de coop\u00e9ration entre les HES et les universit\u00e9s, avec lequel de bonnes exp\u00e9riences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites, sert de base. Il devrait \u00eatre mis en place dans d'autres HES et domaines d'\u00e9tudes afin de permettre aux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9-e-s HES int\u00e9ress\u00e9-e-s d'acc\u00e9der au 3e cycle.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhschweiz.ch\/\">FH Suisse<\/a><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Fachhochschulen (FH) haben bis anhin kein Promotionsrecht.
