C'est ce que montre une nouvelle \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en Suisse par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'audit et de conseil EY. L'\u00e9tude se base sur une enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative men\u00e9e fin novembre 2022 aupr\u00e8s de plus de 400 consommatrices et consommateurs adultes en Suisse. La p\u00e9riode d'enqu\u00eate de l'\u00e9tude couvre \u00e9galement le Black Friday et le Cyber Monday.<\/p>\r\n<p>Selon ce rapport, les budgets mentionn\u00e9s augmentent m\u00eame pour atteindre un nouveau record : les personnes interrog\u00e9es ont l'intention de d\u00e9penser en moyenne 343 francs suisses. La valeur record atteinte l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente augmente ainsi de 3 % (2021 : 334 francs suisses). Il est \u00e0 noter que cette augmentation est surtout le fait des hommes interrog\u00e9s. Avec 375 francs, ils pr\u00e9voient de d\u00e9penser nettement plus pour des cadeaux que l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (2021 : 351 francs). En revanche, les femmes ont l'intention de d\u00e9penser 309 francs, soit moins que l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (2021 : 320 francs).<\/p>\r\n<h3>Plus de 250 francs pour les cadeaux<\/h3>\r\n<p>Les chiffres cit\u00e9s ne se refl\u00e8tent toutefois que partiellement lorsque les consommateurs sont interrog\u00e9s sur leurs intentions : Une majorit\u00e9 de 62 % souhaite r\u00e9duire ses d\u00e9penses - dont 41 % \"l\u00e9g\u00e8rement\" et 21 % m\u00eame \"nettement\". Les 38 % restants n'ont pas l'intention de modifier leur comportement de consommation, du moins pour ce No\u00ebl.<\/p>\r\n<p>53 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 50 pour cent) pr\u00e9voient un budget de plus de 250 francs pour les achats de No\u00ebl de cette ann\u00e9e ; une personne sur cinq pr\u00e9voit m\u00eame un budget cadeaux de plus de 500 francs. Selon la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate d'EY, seuls 15 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es pr\u00e9voient un budget de No\u00ebl inf\u00e9rieur, ne d\u00e9passant pas 100 francs. L'examen d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des budgets de No\u00ebl montre que 18 % des consommateurs suisses interrog\u00e9s pr\u00e9voient des d\u00e9penses de 301 \u00e0 500 francs. 16 % pr\u00e9voient de d\u00e9penser respectivement entre 251 et 300 francs et entre 101 et 200 francs. Seuls 6% d\u00e9pensent moins de 50 francs pour les cadeaux de No\u00ebl et 5% indiquent s'attendre \u00e0 un budget de plus de 1000 francs.<\/p>\r\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-191025\" src=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/EY-Weihnachtsstudie2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"667\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h3>Ch\u00e8ques-cadeaux et argent<\/h3>\r\n<p>La cat\u00e9gorie de cadeaux la plus cit\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e est celle des \"ch\u00e8ques-cadeaux et argent\", avec 41 % (32 % en 2021). Ils remplacent les leaders de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, qui perdent tous deux beaucoup de popularit\u00e9 : les \"v\u00eatements\" passent de 41 % l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u00e0 29 % cette ann\u00e9e et les \"cosm\u00e9tiques\" sont encore cit\u00e9s par 22 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e (41 % en 2021). Parmi les leaders cit\u00e9s pour ce No\u00ebl figurent toujours les \"jouets\" (38 %), \"l'alimentation et la confiserie\" (34 %), \"les livres imprim\u00e9s\" (33 %) ainsi que \"les \u00e9v\u00e9nements et manifestations\" (19 %) et \"les bijoux\" (17 %). Cette ann\u00e9e, les consommateurs suisses investissent de loin les sommes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les \"ch\u00e8ques-cadeaux\" : avec une moyenne de 62 francs, ils veulent d\u00e9penser en moyenne 13 francs de plus que pour les \"jouets\" et m\u00eame deux fois plus que pour les \"v\u00eatements\".<\/p>\r\n<p>Environ 60 pour cent des consommatrices et consommateurs en Suisse indiquent que, pour eux, les aspects de durabilit\u00e9 jouent un r\u00f4le mineur cette ann\u00e9e lorsqu'ils offrent des cadeaux et c\u00e9l\u00e8brent la f\u00eate de No\u00ebl (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 75 pour cent), et pour 12 pour cent des consommateurs, ces aspects jouent m\u00eame un r\u00f4le important selon leurs propres indications (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 24 pour cent). Les femmes tiennent nettement plus souvent compte des aspects de la durabilit\u00e9 que les hommes : pour 65% d'entre elles, la durabilit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le, contre 53% pour les hommes. En ce qui concerne les lieux ou le mode d'achat, les achats en ligne par Internet poursuivent leur succ\u00e8s.
