Un cadre moyen en Suisse per\u00e7oit un salaire m\u00e9dian de CHF 164'097 par an, alors que cette valeur est de CHF 89'540 pour un d\u00e9butant. La Suisse est donc le pays o\u00f9 les salaires sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans le classement \u00e9tabli par Willis Towers Watson.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s en Suisse re\u00e7oivent un salaire m\u00e9dian sup\u00e9rieur d'environ 50% \u00e0 celui des pays class\u00e9s en deuxi\u00e8me position dans leur cat\u00e9gorie respective : pour les salaires des managers, le Luxembourg occupe la deuxi\u00e8me place avec une valeur \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 CHF 110'388, pour les salaires des d\u00e9butants, le Danemark est le deuxi\u00e8me pays avec CHF 59'569.<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diff\u00e9rences moindres si l'on tient compte du co\u00fbt de la vie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si l'on consid\u00e8re ces chiffres sur la base de la parit\u00e9 du pouvoir d'achat, pour laquelle les imp\u00f4ts et le co\u00fbt de la vie sont pris en compte, les cadres moyens en Suisse peuvent maintenir leur position de leader en Europe avec un salaire annuel ajust\u00e9 de 97'207 CHF. Selon cette base de calcul, le Luxembourg occupe la deuxi\u00e8me place, suivi de l'Allemagne en troisi\u00e8me position.
