(Image : zVg \/ Workday)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Pour l'\u00e9tude \"Blueprint global pour l'appartenance et la diversit\u00e9\", plus de 3100 responsables RH et repr\u00e9sentants de niveau C en charge d'initiatives D&amp;I ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s fin 2022 sur leurs motivations, activit\u00e9s et progr\u00e8s dans les domaines de la diversit\u00e9, de l'inclusion et de l'appartenance. Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus par\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.workday.de\/\">Workday<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sapioresearch.com\/\">Sapio Research<\/a>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e dans 23 pays, dont l'Allemagne, l'Autriche et la Suisse.<\/p>\n<h3>Diversit\u00e9 : aussi une question de technologie<\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que des progr\u00e8s positifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9. Toutefois, des domaines pr\u00e9sentant un potentiel d'am\u00e9lioration \u00e9vident ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u00e9vidence, notamment la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mesurer l'impact sur l'entreprise et d'utiliser les donn\u00e9es pour suivre les progr\u00e8s de mani\u00e8re plus efficace. Les principaux r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La technologie devient de plus en plus importante pour les initiatives D&amp;I. En Allemagne et en Autriche, 33 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es utilisent en outre des solutions logicielles pour accro\u00eetre l'engagement des collaborateurs, tandis qu'en Suisse, 39 % misent sur des offres d'e-learning.<\/li>\n<li>Il faut faire davantage pour valoriser la diversit\u00e9. Dans l'ensemble, plus d'un tiers (36 %) des participants sont convaincus que la diversit\u00e9 est reconnue, valoris\u00e9e et encourag\u00e9e dans leur entreprise. En Allemagne, 34 %, en Autriche 32 % et en Suisse 25 % partagent cet avis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Le manque de donn\u00e9es freine les initiatives de D&amp;I<\/h3>\n<p>Bien qu'une majorit\u00e9 d'entreprises adoptent d\u00e9j\u00e0 une approche strat\u00e9gique de la D&amp;I, ce n'est pas encore le cas pour 39 %. Il est donc difficile pour ces entreprises de d\u00e9finir des objectifs de D&amp;I et de les atteindre. La r\u00e9gion \u00e9conomique Asie-Pacifique (APJ) est particuli\u00e8rement remarquable \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, puisque 52 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne disposer que d'une strat\u00e9gie D&amp;I rudimentaire ou en cours d'\u00e9laboration. La situation est meilleure en Australie et en Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande (35 %), en Europe (39 %), en Am\u00e9rique du Nord (34 %) et en Afrique du Sud (22 %).<\/p>\n<p>En Suisse, 12 % des participants ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'ils appr\u00e9ciaient une approche strat\u00e9gique du th\u00e8me D&amp;I. Ils ont \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 qu'ils n'avaient pas de strat\u00e9gie en la mati\u00e8re. 37 % n'ont pas de strat\u00e9gie clairement d\u00e9finie et n'ont pas pris de mesures pour en d\u00e9velopper une (Allemagne : 17 % et 46 %, Autriche : 15 % et 50 %). Environ un tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es (32 %) ont indiqu\u00e9 que pour aller de l'avant, un engagement clair de la part du top management est n\u00e9cessaire, tout comme l'engagement et la volont\u00e9 des collaborateurs. Ce point de vue est partag\u00e9 par les personnes interrog\u00e9es en Allemagne et en Autriche qui, avec respectivement 33 et 26 %, souhaitent \u00e9galement davantage de collaborateurs engag\u00e9s pour diriger les initiatives correspondantes.<\/p>\n<p>31 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es en Suisse consid\u00e8rent une utilisation et une analyse plus efficaces des donn\u00e9es comme la mesure la plus importante pour progresser dans leurs initiatives D&amp;I. Les faiblesses dans la collecte des donn\u00e9es et le reporting sont une autre raison : 60 % dans le monde ont indiqu\u00e9 que la mesure des r\u00e9sultats repr\u00e9sentait un d\u00e9fi et que de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes et logiciels \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir efficacement les strat\u00e9gies D&amp;I et leur mise en \u0153uvre.
