Le taux de ch\u00f4mage historiquement bas, la r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 changer de poste et la localisation croissante de la production renforcent la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e et la recherche de collaborateurs qualifi\u00e9s. Pour ces raisons, les employeurs doivent \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer des salaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s aux meilleurs candidats. Ils doivent \u00e9galement encourager les nouveaux collaborateurs et proposer des augmentations de salaire aux collaborateurs existants, qui sont les plus touch\u00e9s par l'inflation.<\/p>\n

L'inflation fait grimper les attentes salariales<\/h3>\n

L'\u00e9tude montre que c'est dans le secteur de la banque et des services financiers que les cadres et les dirigeants per\u00e7oivent les salaires les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Les cinq postes o\u00f9 les salaires sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s sont<\/p>\n

Il ressort par ailleurs de l'\u00e9tude que les attentes salariales des candidats et des collaborateurs sont en hausse. Ces attentes accrues sont principalement dues \u00e0 l'inflation. Cela montre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'augmenter les salaires pour les cat\u00e9gories inf\u00e9rieures, qui sont les plus touch\u00e9es par l'inflation. O\u00f9 les salaires augmentent le plus<\/h3>\n

Les cat\u00e9gories d'emploi qui ont connu les plus fortes augmentations de salaire sont les postes dans l'informatique (+5 \u00e0 +10 %), l'ing\u00e9nierie (+5 %) et la comptabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re (+3 \u00e0 +5 %). Dans le secteur de l'informatique, les augmentations de salaire ont surtout concern\u00e9 les d\u00e9veloppeurs \/ DevOps et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Dans d'autres professions, l'augmentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus forte aux niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs et moyens de l'encadrement, o\u00f9 la demande \u00e9tait la plus forte.<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9tude pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement des perspectives positives pour le march\u00e9 du travail suisse en 2023, malgr\u00e9 les inqui\u00e9tudes li\u00e9es \u00e0 une r\u00e9cession europ\u00e9enne. En Suisse, le nombre de postes mis au concours a augment\u00e9 de 8,5 % entre d\u00e9cembre 2021 et d\u00e9cembre 2022. Les cat\u00e9gories qui ont connu la plus forte croissance entre d\u00e9cembre 2022 et janvier 2023 sont les assurances (+5.0 %), l'artisanat (+4.0 %) et l'informatique (+3.7 %).<\/p>\n

Les possibilit\u00e9s de formation continue et de d\u00e9veloppement sont d'une grande importance<\/h3>\n

Selon l'\u00e9tude, les principaux avantages pour le recrutement de collaborateurs sont la fid\u00e9lisation et les possibilit\u00e9s de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement. 70 % des candidats ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'il s'agissait d'un facteur important dans le choix de leur employeur. Pourtant, seule la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s affirment que ce sujet a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9 lors du processus de recrutement. De plus, le motif de d\u00e9mission le plus souvent cit\u00e9 est le manque de possibilit\u00e9s d'\u00e9volution professionnelle.<\/p>\n
