(Image : Roger Hofstetter \/ Schweizer Illustrierte)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>A l'h\u00f4pital, les patients* sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un risque accru de chute en raison de facteurs tels que la maladie, les m\u00e9dicaments et un environnement inhabituel. Selon les donn\u00e9es de l'OCDE, 10 millions de chutes ont eu lieu dans les h\u00f4pitaux rien qu'en Europe en 2020. Parmi celles-ci, environ 40% ont entra\u00een\u00e9 des dommages physiques, une prolongation des s\u00e9jours hospitaliers et une augmentation des co\u00fbts de la sant\u00e9. Pour prot\u00e9ger les patients \u00e0 haut risque, des gardes assis sont souvent utilis\u00e9s, mais ils co\u00fbtent des millions aux h\u00f4pitaux et portent atteinte \u00e0 la vie priv\u00e9e des patients. D'autres syst\u00e8mes d'assistance technologique sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s, mais ils sont volontiers sujets \u00e0 des erreurs, se limitent \u00e0 la surveillance au lit, exigent un nettoyage et un entretien et sont rarement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on en a besoin.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Syst\u00e8me d'alerte pr\u00e9coce conforme \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es<\/h3>\r\n<p>L'entreprise suisse de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique Qumea, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Soleure, s'est donc donn\u00e9 pour mission de soutenir les soins avec un syst\u00e8me d'alerte pr\u00e9coce fiable, afin de faire de la chambre du patient un lieu s\u00fbr. Un capteur discret, que l'on peut facilement confondre avec un d\u00e9tecteur de fum\u00e9e, d\u00e9tecte les mouvements partout dans la pi\u00e8ce. Une intelligence artificielle analyse les donn\u00e9es, reconna\u00eet les mod\u00e8les de mouvement et informe de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e les soins lorsqu'un patient a besoin d'aide. Le syst\u00e8me fonctionne de mani\u00e8re totalement anonyme, ce qui lui permet de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences les plus strictes en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 dans plus de 30 institutions. Parmi elles, l'h\u00f4pital cantonal d'Aarau, la clinique Schulthess ou les cliniques psychiatriques universitaires de B\u00e2le. Avec la clinique Hirslanden de Zurich, QUMEA r\u00e9alise maintenant la plus grande installation \u00e0 ce jour. Selon le directeur de la clinique, Marco Gugolz, \"Qumea a non seulement permis de r\u00e9duire significativement les chutes, mais aussi d'apporter une grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au personnel soignant, tout en nous aidant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies substantielles du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des gardes de patients\". Une fois la phase pilote termin\u00e9e, le<br \/>\r\nLe syst\u00e8me d'alerte pr\u00e9coce est d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans 5 services de soins au total.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es en Suisse et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger<\/h3>\r\n<p>Mais il n'y a pas qu'en Suisse que l'on s'int\u00e9resse de plus en plus au syst\u00e8me complet d'alerte pr\u00e9coce dans la chambre du patient. L'h\u00f4pital Caritas St. Josef est la premi\u00e8re clinique d'Allemagne \u00e0 miser sur la solution de Qumea. Ici, le syst\u00e8me est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour les patients* atteints de d\u00e9mence et les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. \"C'est surtout lorsque ces patients se r\u00e9veillent la nuit et quittent leur lit que le risque de chute augmente immens\u00e9ment\", explique Andreas Riepl, chef du service des soins et responsable du projet.<\/p>\r\n<p>Plus au nord, en Su\u00e8de et en Finlande, Qumea a d\u00e9j\u00e0 remport\u00e9 des appels d'offres de cliniques renomm\u00e9es. \"Dans les pays nordiques en particulier, la th\u00e9matique de la pr\u00e9vention des chutes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'une grande attention\", explique le CEO et cofondateur Cyrill Gyger.
