Cons\u00e9quence : de nombreux travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s et sont d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la recherche d'un emploi. Mais ceux qui peuvent se vanter de poss\u00e9der des comp\u00e9tences informatiques ont toujours de tr\u00e8s bonnes chances de trouver un nouvel emploi. Une \u00e9valuation de LinkedIn sur les comp\u00e9tences en ing\u00e9nierie logicielle les plus demand\u00e9es au monde montre quelles sont les comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9es : les langages de programmation sont en t\u00eate de liste. Celui qui poss\u00e8de des connaissances dans ce domaine peut contribuer \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en informatique.<\/p>\n<h3>La connaissance des langages de programmation augmente les chances de trouver un emploi<\/h3>\n<p>JavaScript, Java, Python et C++ comptent parmi les langages de programmation les plus utilis\u00e9s au monde. Il n'est donc pas surprenant qu'ils figurent dans le top 10 du classement des comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9es dans le domaine des logiciels, JavaScript occupant la premi\u00e8re place. Compte tenu de la num\u00e9risation croissante de tous les domaines de la vie, ces comp\u00e9tences continueront \u00e0 rev\u00eatir une grande importance dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir et seront donc un avantage pour les travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Mais les demandeurs d'emploi peuvent aussi marquer des points avec d'autres comp\u00e9tences, par exemple CSS (5e place) ou HMTL (6e place) : Ces deux langages ne font certes pas partie des langages de programmation classiques, mais ils sont essentiels pour structurer, formater ou concevoir des pages web. Ils constituent donc des comp\u00e9tences importantes pour les d\u00e9veloppeurs web et frontaux, mais peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utiles aux travailleurs d'autres secteurs de l'entreprise, comme le marketing. L'avantage de CSS et HTML est qu'ils sont relativement faciles \u00e0 apprendre.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les comp\u00e9tences les plus demand\u00e9es au niveau mondial en 2023 dans le domaine du g\u00e9nie logiciel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>JavaScript<\/li>\n<li>Java<\/li>\n<li>SQL<\/li>\n<li>Python<\/li>\n<li>CSS<\/li>\n<li>HTML<\/li>\n<li>Gestion<\/li>\n<li>Cloud computing<\/li>\n<li>Git<\/li>\n<li>C++<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, on ne trouve qu'une seule comp\u00e9tence non technique dans le top 10 : Le management. Cependant, cette comp\u00e9tence ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9e - ce n'est pas parce qu'une personne est un bon d\u00e9veloppeur qu'elle doit \u00eatre un bon chef d'\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppeurs. En effet, ce dernier implique des t\u00e2ches et des responsabilit\u00e9s nouvelles et surtout diff\u00e9rentes. Ceux qui souhaitent tout de m\u00eame se lancer dans un r\u00f4le de direction devraient se familiariser avec ces exigences et v\u00e9rifier leurs comp\u00e9tences dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<h3>P\u00e9nurie de personnel IT qualifi\u00e9 : penser aussi aux collaborateurs de l'\u00e9tranger<\/h3>\n<p>\"La transformation num\u00e9rique se heurte \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de personnel IT qualifi\u00e9 - c'est le d\u00e9fi auquel sont actuellement confront\u00e9es de nombreuses entreprises. Mais il existe une solution pour sortir de cette situation : actuellement, de nombreux informaticiens exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s sont \u00e0 la recherche de nouveaux emplois dans le monde entier. Il s'agit maintenant de les aborder activement, de les convaincre et de leur faire une offre attrayante, car la concurrence ne dormira \u00e9videmment pas non plus et tentera de s'assurer ces talents.
