La GSE a donc un impact positif sur l'image de marque de l'employeur. Parall\u00e8lement, la motivation, la productivit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 physique et psychique des collaborateurs existants sont encourag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00e2che de direction : la sant\u00e9 des collaborateurs<\/h3>\n<p>Une entreprise qui a reconnu cette valeur ajout\u00e9e est Achermann ICT-Services AG. La GSE syst\u00e9matique s'y int\u00e8gre dans une culture d'entreprise ax\u00e9e sur le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs. Gregor R. Naef, propri\u00e9taire et CEO de ce prestataire de services informatiques dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Kriens, explique : \"Nos collaborateurs jouent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un r\u00f4le porteur pour moi. Nous ne pouvons atteindre les objectifs fix\u00e9s qu'ensemble et, dans l'id\u00e9al, en bonne sant\u00e9. Pour cela, mon \u00e9quipe de direction et moi-m\u00eame sommes volontiers pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire un mile suppl\u00e9mentaire. Dans ce contexte, nous avons d\u00e9couvert en 2016 le potentiel d'une GSE syst\u00e9matique, et la d\u00e9cision de la mettre en \u0153uvre a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise.\"<\/p>\n<p>La mise en place de la GSE s'est faite selon les crit\u00e8res de \"Friendly Work Space\", la GSE de Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse. En 2017, Achermann ICT-Services s'est vu d\u00e9cerner pour la premi\u00e8re fois le label de qualit\u00e9 GSE \"Friendly Work Space\" et a pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s le r\u00e9-assessment en 2021.<\/p>\n<h3>BGM - un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour tous<\/h3>\n<p>Les 85 collaborateurs profitent d'un programme annuel de GSE tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9. Il s'agit d'offres sportives vari\u00e9es et d'un d\u00e9jeuner commun deux fois par mois. Ce dernier est une occasion appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e d'\u00e9changes professionnels et priv\u00e9s ainsi qu'un r\u00e9servoir d'id\u00e9es nouvelles. Un collaborateur du \"Feelgood Management\", sp\u00e9cialement mis en place pour la GSE, s'occupe du repas de midi sain lors de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Il s'agit d'une \u00e9quipe interdisciplinaire de cinq personnes qui, en accord avec la direction, est responsable de la planification et de la mise en \u0153uvre de la GSE. Les id\u00e9es viennent des collaborateurs, qui participent volontiers \u00e0 l'organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Les membres de la direction de la PME sont d\u00e9terminants pour le succ\u00e8s global de la GSE. Ils sont tenus d'adopter une gestion bas\u00e9e sur la confiance et favorable \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et sont form\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations continues r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<h3>Sensibilisation d\u00e8s l'entr\u00e9e dans la vie professionnelle<\/h3>\n<p>Cette attitude profite \u00e9galement aux huit apprentis. D\u00e8s leur entr\u00e9e dans le monde du travail, ils sont sensibilis\u00e9s et form\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de leur sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la part qu'ils peuvent y prendre. \"L'objectif principal est de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences importantes pour une vie professionnelle saine, comme la r\u00e9silience personnelle. En m\u00eame temps, en tant que membres d'une \u00e9quipe bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, ils apprennent tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les responsabilit\u00e9s et la transparence\", explique Simon Peter, responsable de la gestion des services ICT chez Achermann ICT-Services, en d\u00e9crivant sa mission de responsable de la formation professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Des suggestions externes pour la promotion cibl\u00e9e de la sant\u00e9 psychique des apprentis sont donc les bienvenues. Celles-ci sont fournies par l'offre \"Apprentice\" de Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse, qui propose de nombreux exemples de cas et des informations de fond.
