Nous verrons de moins en moins d'\u00e9quipes dont tous les membres travaillent ensemble au m\u00eame endroit tout le temps. La plupart des leaders auront de moins en moins la possibilit\u00e9 d'ordonner une pr\u00e9sence obligatoire - en tout cas pas s'ils veulent attirer les meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Nous devrons vivre avec \"l'hybride\". Et c'est une bonne chose. Car en fin de compte, la distance physique n'est qu'un renforcement des lacunes de direction actuelles : les lacunes actuelles deviennent plus \u00e9videntes lorsque les gens sont \u00e9loign\u00e9s et ne sont pas \"directement accessibles\". Mais un leadership exceptionnel fonctionne aussi \u00e0 distance sans probl\u00e8mes majeurs. Voici trois cl\u00e9s pour le succ\u00e8s du leadership \u00e0 distance :<\/p>\n<h3>Cl\u00e9 n\u00b0 1 : des objectifs et des attentes clairs<\/h3>\n<p>L'absence d'objectifs clairs r\u00e9duit l'efficacit\u00e9 du leadership dans toutes les situations. Dans le cas d'une direction \u00e0 distance - o\u00f9 l'on a moins de visibilit\u00e9 sur l'avancement du travail - l'importance est renforc\u00e9e. Si, en tant que dirigeant, vous ne convenez pas d'objectifs clairs et partag\u00e9s, \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation desquels on travaille \u00e0 fond, les choses se compliquent.<\/p>\n<p>Astuce : aidez vos collaborateurs en leur proposant d'\u00e9tablir chaque matin des objectifs quotidiens personnels \u00e0 partir des objectifs trimestriels ou mensuels convenus. Cela aide \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Cl\u00e9 n\u00b0 2 : des entretiens r\u00e9guliers<\/h3>\n<p>En tant que leader, il est de toute fa\u00e7on recommand\u00e9 d'avoir un bref entretien de calibrage avec chaque membre de l'\u00e9quipe chaque semaine ou au moins tous les quinze jours, au cours duquel vous discutez des succ\u00e8s, des progr\u00e8s, des obstacles et des besoins de soutien. Je recommande pour cela un ordre du jour clair et une dur\u00e9e de 15 \u00e0 30 minutes. Dans le cadre d'un leadership \u00e0 distance, c'est essentiel, car vous ne vous croiserez pas \"par hasard\".<\/p>\n<p>J'entends parfois des managers dire qu'ils trouvent \u00e0 peine le temps de s'entretenir chaque semaine avec chaque membre de l'\u00e9quipe. Attention : si vous ne trouvez pas le temps de le faire, \u00e0 quoi d'autre le feriez-vous ? Cela fait partie des fondements du leadership !<\/p>\n<h3>Cl\u00e9 n\u00b0 3 : rendre la communication simple<\/h3>\n<p>Dans ce domaine, je constate d'\u00e9normes lacunes dans la plupart des entreprises. Si vos collaborateurs travaillent de mani\u00e8re dispers\u00e9e, vous avez besoin d'une plate-forme sur laquelle on peut \u00e9changer des informations de mani\u00e8re simple et intuitive. Pourquoi la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des gens (plus ils sont jeunes, plus ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les plateformes de chat comme WhatsApp ou iMessage) pour \u00e9changer ? Parce que c'est simple et que l'on peut aussi v\u00e9hiculer certaines \u00e9motions. De nos jours - et si vous voulez attirer les jeunes - vous avez besoin d'une plateforme de communication moderne qui fonctionne de mani\u00e8re intuitive et qui suscite des \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n<p>Conseil : faites \u00e9galement former vos collaborateurs \u00e0 la bonne utilisation de ces outils, c'est-\u00e0-dire surtout \u00e0 ne pas se laisser distraire par eux.
