\"Remotecoders\" est la derni\u00e8re initiative de Christian Hirsig, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2016 avec sa femme Bettina l'association \u00e0 but non lucratif \"Powercoders\" en Suisse - une \u00e9cole de codage pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et les migrants, qui aide les talents informatiques en Suisse \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir une solide formation en programmation informatique et ainsi \u00e0 entrer dans le monde de l'informatique et \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer une vie ind\u00e9pendante. En collaboration avec Hussam Allaham, lui-m\u00eame r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 syrien arriv\u00e9 en Suisse via un camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s au Liban, Christian Hirsig a fond\u00e9 les \"Remotecoders\" pendant la pand\u00e9mie de Corona. La DDC soutient le projet, convaincue que ce type d'aide au d\u00e9veloppement est efficace sur le terrain et aupr\u00e8s des jeunes touch\u00e9s par le ch\u00f4mage dans la r\u00e9gion MENA.<\/p>\n

L'\u00c9gypte a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie comme pays pilote. En collaboration avec l'EPFL, Remotecoders pr\u00e9pare les talents \u00e0 distance pour leur stage en informatique. L'\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9part au Caire comprend deux cadres, onze chefs d'\u00e9quipe et 29 internes. L'\u00e9quipe de Remotecoders est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans tous les domaines, du d\u00e9veloppement frontal \u00e0 l'ing\u00e9nierie des donn\u00e9es en passant par Java Enterprise. Onze entreprises, comme le WWF, le commer\u00e7ant en ligne BRACK.CH ou l'agence num\u00e9rique suisse viu, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en contact avec l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9gyptienne pour un projet pilote.<\/p>\n

Les entreprises suisses utilisent les services informatiques de Remotecoders et font d'une pierre deux coups : elles exposent le P\u00e9nurie de personnel informatique qualifi\u00e9<\/a> en Suisse une solution cr\u00e9ative et ils offrent des perspectives professionnelles \u00e0 des personnes d'Afrique du Nord. Marcel Rassinger, CIO de BRACK.CH, peut le confirmer : \"Pour nous, Remotecoders est un excellent moyen de lutter contre la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e et d'aider des personnes talentueuses \u00e0 faire leur entr\u00e9e dans le monde professionnel de l'informatique\". L'initiateur Christian Hirsig ajoute : \"Nous occupons actuellement 480 m2 de bureaux au Caire et sommes tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s pour faire de notre projet une situation gagnant-gagnant pour les partenaires suisses impliqu\u00e9s comme pour nos collaborateurs ici en \u00c9gypte.
