(Image : Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La situation du Credit Suisse s'est aggrav\u00e9e ces derniers jours. Puis, le dimanche 19 mars 2023, la reprise de la banque en difficult\u00e9 par UBS a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e. Il est bien connu que de tels rachats ne sont pas sans cons\u00e9quences pour les employ\u00e9s. Pour les quelque 17'000 employ\u00e9s, l'enjeu de la reprise du CS est \u00e9norme - et donc aussi pour notre \u00e9conomie nationale, \u00e9crit l'Association suisse des employ\u00e9s de banque (ASEB) dans un communiqu\u00e9. Il est \u00e0 craindre, d'une part, que le nombre de postes en jeu au Credit Suisse soit nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9 l'automne dernier lors de la r\u00e9orientation strat\u00e9gique de la banque. En outre, des dizaines de milliers d'emplois seraient potentiellement menac\u00e9s en dehors du secteur bancaire. C'est pourquoi l'ASPBP avait demand\u00e9 d\u00e8s le samedi 18 mars 2023 la mise en place imm\u00e9diate d'une task force sur les emplois menac\u00e9s et avait contact\u00e9 les responsables du CS. Cette task force doit comprendre des repr\u00e9sentants de l'employeur, de la commission du personnel et des associations d'employ\u00e9s. D'autres acteurs impliqu\u00e9s - que ce soit d'autres banques, la BNS ou la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration - ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer.<\/p>\n<h3>Placer les personnes au centre apr\u00e8s la reprise du CS<\/h3>\n<p>Au sein de la task force demand\u00e9e par l'ASPBP, ce sont surtout les partenaires sociaux qui doivent d\u00e9finir des mesures pour les \u00e9volutions possibles, afin de limiter les pertes d'emploi au strict minimum. Lorsque cela n'est pas possible, les cons\u00e9quences des licenciements doivent \u00eatre att\u00e9nu\u00e9es au mieux, au-del\u00e0 du plan social. L'Association du personnel bancaire apportera dans ce processus son exp\u00e9rience de plusieurs d\u00e9cennies et sa collaboration constructive avec la commission du personnel du CS. Il s'agit maintenant de placer les personnes au centre des pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n<p>Le Credit Suisse a un bon plan social. Il est utilis\u00e9 lors de restructurations et doit garantir, par diff\u00e9rentes mesures, que le plus grand nombre possible de collaborateurs concern\u00e9s retrouvent un emploi en interne ou aupr\u00e8s d'autres banques. Ce plan social existant est certes bon et doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 dans tous les sc\u00e9narios, \u00e9crit l'USPP dans un communiqu\u00e9. Mais des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires pour att\u00e9nuer les cons\u00e9quences dramatiques sur l'\u00e9conomie nationale. Ni les milliers de collaborateurs engag\u00e9s du CS, qui ont r\u00e9ussi en Suisse, ni la collectivit\u00e9 ne doivent payer les pots cass\u00e9s pour les erreurs de l'ancienne direction.<\/p>\n<h3>Un plan social existant ne suffit pas<\/h3>\n<p>Dans cette situation extraordinaire, o\u00f9 l'avenir de la banque est en jeu, le Courant normal ne suffit pas, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l'ASPB \u00e0 l'unisson avec l'Union syndicale suisse USS. Le plan social ne peut \u00eatre que le point de d\u00e9part de la task force pour prendre des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires contre la menace d'une coupe rase massive dans le secteur bancaire.
