Celle-ci constate une baisse de la consommation d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qui s'accentue en Europe (UE, UK et CH). D\u00e9but 2023, malgr\u00e9 une baisse de la consommation d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de l'hiver, le contexte g\u00e9opolitique continue d'engendrer des tensions sur l'approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Dans ce contexte, les producteurs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 continuent d'investir dans les \u00e9nergies renouvelables afin de diversifier leurs sources d'approvisionnement.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Croissance spectaculaire du chiffre d'affaires des producteurs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en 2022<\/h3>\r\n<p>\"Le chiffre d'affaires cumul\u00e9 des fournisseurs d'\u00e9nergie a augment\u00e9 de 88 % entre 2021 et 2022. Cette augmentation est presque dix fois plus importante que celle enregistr\u00e9e entre 2020 et 2021. En revanche, la rentabilit\u00e9 ne suit pas la m\u00eame tendance\", explique Samy Belaiba, consultant en \u00e9nergie chez Colombus Consulting. En effet, l'EBITDA cumul\u00e9 des fournisseurs d'\u00e9nergie (hors Fortum) a chut\u00e9 de 11 % au cours du premier semestre 2022.<br \/>\r\nCe constat est valable pour tous les fournisseurs d'\u00e9nergie, m\u00eame si cette croissance cache de grandes disparit\u00e9s. Neuf fournisseurs d'\u00e9nergie obtiennent n\u00e9anmoins de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats pour cet indicateur en 2021, ce qui montre que les cinq autres acteurs \u00e9tudi\u00e9s ont subi des pertes importantes en 2021. \"Alpiq et FMB voient leur chiffre d'affaires augmenter gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la hausse des prix sur les march\u00e9s de l'\u00e9nergie\", ajoute Samy Belaiba. Les ajustements d'\u00e9valuation des op\u00e9rations de couverture financi\u00e8re ont un impact important sur l'EBITDA d'Alpiq (voir graphique).<\/p>\r\n<h3>des fluctuations de prix qui ne profitent ni au producteur ni au consommateur<\/h3>\r\n<p>La tr\u00e8s forte volatilit\u00e9 des prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 observ\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ne profite ni aux consommateurs ni aux producteurs. La stabilisation du march\u00e9 est une \u00e9quation complexe et les \u00c9tats membres ont envisag\u00e9 plusieurs strat\u00e9gies pour att\u00e9nuer les effets de la hausse soudaine des prix : Plafonnement du prix du gaz, financement de boucliers tarifaires non cibl\u00e9s et\/ou de syst\u00e8mes de prix cibl\u00e9s, choix du syst\u00e8me de l'acheteur unique, taxation des superprofits.<\/p>\r\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d'approvisionnement de la Suisse d\u00e9pend de la r\u00e9ussite de l'association de l'utilisation de m\u00e9thodes de production sans carbone, conclut \u00e9galement l'\u00e9tude. \"Le rythme actuel de d\u00e9veloppement du photovolta\u00efque et surtout de l'\u00e9olien ne suffit pas pour atteindre les ambitions d\u00e9crites dans le plan Avenir \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050. Les besoins en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 li\u00e9s au remplacement des \u00e9nergies fossiles dans les transports et la production de chaleur vont augmenter d'au moins 25%, ajoute Samy Belaiba.<\/p>\r\n<p>La production photovolta\u00efque, en nette augmentation par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, couvre d\u00e9sormais 6,3 % des besoins suisses, malgr\u00e9 les voix qui s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent pour pr\u00e9server les espaces verts. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le d\u00e9veloppement de l'\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne ralentit. Certains projets, lanc\u00e9s il y a 20 ans, attendent toujours l'approbation de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration ou des cantons. L'enjeu est de taille, puisque cela repr\u00e9sente une production annuelle cumul\u00e9e estim\u00e9e \u00e0 493 GWh, en plus des 1,2 TWh en d\u00e9but de proc\u00e9dure ou de planification. \"La g\u00e9othermie a \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer.
