Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s suisses gagnent donc tr\u00e8s bien leur vie en comparaison europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p>C'est \u00e0 ces conclusions que parvient l'\u00e9tude \"JobTrends Schweiz\", que l'Institut Staufenbiel publie cette ann\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois pour la Suisse. En Allemagne, cette \u00e9tude de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence donne d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis la fin des ann\u00e9es 1980 une orientation sur la mani\u00e8re dont le march\u00e9 du travail se d\u00e9veloppe pour les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. \"Depuis 27 ans, nous sommes \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s au march\u00e9 suisse de la rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique en tant qu'organisateur de l'Absolventenkongress Schweiz, le plus grand salon de l'emploi du pays\", explique Birgit Giesen, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Staufenbiel Institut. \"Nous int\u00e9grons d\u00e9sormais notre savoir-faire dans une \u00e9tude annuelle sp\u00e9cialement consacr\u00e9e au march\u00e9 suisse du travail des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux ne va pas encore de soi dans les d\u00e9partements des ressources humaines suisses : les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne font partie de l'Employer Branding que dans pr\u00e8s de trois quarts des entreprises. Avec 79 pour cent, Xing a particuli\u00e8rement les faveurs des responsables du personnel. Facebook et LinkedIn sont utilis\u00e9s par 66 % des entreprises. Pour les offres d'emploi, les m\u00e9dias sociaux jouent un r\u00f4le dans sept entreprises sur dix. Neuf pour cent des entreprises utilisent les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour v\u00e9rifier le profil de leurs candidats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bon taux de candidature<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Environ un candidat sur quatre parvient \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher un entretien d'embauche dans les entreprises interrog\u00e9es. Parmi eux, 14% d\u00e9bouchent sur un contrat de travail. Lors de la s\u00e9lection des candidats, les mati\u00e8res principales sont les plus importantes (88 %). La note d'examen ne joue qu'un r\u00f4le secondaire, avec seulement 46 pour cent. En ce qui concerne les crit\u00e8res li\u00e9s \u00e0 la personne, les employeurs suisses misent sur les softskills tels que l'initiative personnelle, l'esprit d'\u00e9quipe, les capacit\u00e9s analytiques et conceptuelles ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 de communication, avant m\u00eame la r\u00e9sistance au stress et la disposition \u00e0 assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s.<br \/>\nAvec un dipl\u00f4me de master, les portes sont ouvertes aux candidats aupr\u00e8s des employeurs suisses. 63% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es versent un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 aux titulaires d'un master - en moyenne, la diff\u00e9rence de salaire entre le bachelor et le master est de 13%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration de stages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En effet, 88% des entreprises qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude proposent des stages qui permettent d'acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience pratique. Le stage doit toutefois durer au moins trois \u00e0 six mois. C'est ce que demandent 86 pour cent des entreprises. Les entreprises esp\u00e8rent que les candidats feront l'exp\u00e9rience de \"l'application de la th\u00e9orie dans la pratique\" dans le cadre du stage, qu'ils \"apprendront \u00e0 conna\u00eetre le quotidien professionnel\" et qu'ils obtiendront ainsi en fin de compte une orientation professionnelle et approfondiront leurs connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Plus des trois quarts des employeurs offrent aux stagiaires une chance de trouver un emploi fixe. Toutefois, la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9conseillent d'effectuer un stage apr\u00e8s l'obtention d'un dipl\u00f4me universitaire. En principe, les stagiaires sont bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s en Suisse.
