Une \u00e9tude de BAK Basel et de la Haute \u00e9cole d'\u00e9conomie FHNW montre qu'en 2015, le secteur suisse du leasing a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 directement et indirectement une valeur ajout\u00e9e brute de 800 millions de CHF. L'effet sur l'emploi est de 5'000 postes. Les investissements suppl\u00e9mentaires rendus possibles par le leasing sont plus importants. En 2015, ces investissements ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une valeur ajout\u00e9e brute de 5,3 milliards de CHF et environ 41'000 emplois. Le leasing va encore gagner en importance dans l'industrie 4.0. Dans une \u00e9conomie num\u00e9ris\u00e9e, o\u00f9 l'on paie pour l'utilisation et non pour la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, le leasing est la forme de financement id\u00e9ale. Les calculs de sc\u00e9narios montrent un potentiel consid\u00e9rable : si les entreprises suisses recouraient au leasing au m\u00eame niveau que les pays europ\u00e9ens de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, une croissance suppl\u00e9mentaire de 6,5 milliards d'euros pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en l'espace de 10 ans. CHF pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Cela correspond \u00e0 environ un pour cent du produit int\u00e9rieur brut actuel. L'\u00e9tude montre que le leasing est plus qu'une forme de financement : le leasing permet non seulement d'investir, mais facilite \u00e9galement les changements structurels \u00e0 venir et contribue \u00e0 mieux exploiter les potentiels de croissance li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le secteur suisse du leasing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2015, le march\u00e9 suisse du leasing s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 environ 12 mrd. CHF (nouvelles affaires). Cela repr\u00e9sente une valeur ajout\u00e9e brute de 490 millions de CHF et environ 2'700 emplois (FTE). Si l'on tient compte des effets indirects, on obtient une cr\u00e9ation de valeur brute d'environ 800 millions de CHF et quelque 5'200 emplois. L'impulsion \u00e9conomique du leasing, c'est-\u00e0-dire les d\u00e9penses de consommation et les investissements financ\u00e9s par le leasing, est encore plus forte. Il en r\u00e9sulte une valeur ajout\u00e9e brute de 5,3 milliards d'euros. CHF, li\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 41'000 emplois.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moins demand\u00e9 comme instrument de financement que dans d'autres pays<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le leasing pr\u00e9serve les liquidit\u00e9s, aide \u00e0 optimiser la structure du capital, peut r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts du capital et simplifie la gestion de la tr\u00e9sorerie. L'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des entreprises dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude montre que ces avantages sont connus de la plupart des entreprises suisses. Pourtant, ce mode de financement est moins utilis\u00e9 par les entreprises suisses que par leurs concurrentes des autres pays europ\u00e9ens. En 2015, seuls 6,5 % de l'ensemble des investissements des entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9s par le leasing. L'\u00e9tude en montre les raisons : les entreprises suisses financent leurs investissements en priorit\u00e9 avec leurs fonds propres, les arguments de politique de bilan et de fiscalit\u00e9 sont moins convaincants, mais des conditions juridiques moins favorables (dans d'autres pays, la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l'objet de leasing peut \u00eatre garantie plus facilement) ou des raisons culturelles (pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 juridique) ont \u00e9galement un effet n\u00e9gatif sur l'utilisation de cet instrument de financement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus qu'une forme de financement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le leasing permet une participation accrue aux cycles d'innovation, lib\u00e8re des moyens financiers pour la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement et renforce la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises industrielles sous la forme du vendor leasing. On se cr\u00e9e ainsi des marges de man\u0153uvre financi\u00e8res qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour les investissements et la croissance. Tout porte \u00e0 croire que ces effets joueront un r\u00f4le encore plus important \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la transformation des mod\u00e8les commerciaux traditionnels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans l'\"industrie 4.0\", les entreprises organisent et g\u00e8rent leur cha\u00eene de cr\u00e9ation de valeur tout au long du cycle de vie des produits. Cela exige des solutions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de la part des fabricants, une infrastructure informatique toujours \u00e0 jour et des syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration adapt\u00e9s au mod\u00e8le de revenus. Le leasing joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la transformation des mod\u00e8les commerciaux traditionnels. Avec la tendance \u00e0 ne pas poss\u00e9der un actif, mais \u00e0 payer pour une solution, les formes de financement flexibles et adapt\u00e9es au mod\u00e8le commercial gagneront en importance. Le leasing ne sera alors pas seulement une variante de financement de l'entreprise, mais en fera partie int\u00e9grante.<\/p>\n<p>Les simulations montrent qu'un recours accru au leasing peut, dans des hypoth\u00e8ses plausibles, conduire \u00e0 une augmentation sensible de la croissance \u00e9conomique et de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9. Dans la mesure o\u00f9 le recours au leasing peut \u00eatre port\u00e9 au niveau des pays de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence internationaux (D, F, NL, UK) et qu'il s'accompagne en grande partie d'une extension des activit\u00e9s d'investissement et d'innovation (faibles effets de substitution), une augmentation globale (cumul\u00e9e) du produit int\u00e9rieur brut de 6,5 milliards d'euros est possible dans les dix prochaines ann\u00e9es. CHF est possible. Cela correspond \u00e0 environ un pour cent du produit int\u00e9rieur brut actuel.
