De nombreuses PME dans le monde ont encore du retard en mati\u00e8re de num\u00e9rique, comme l'a constat\u00e9 une nouvelle \u00e9tude. (Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Dans quelle mesure les PME du monde entier sont-elles bien positionn\u00e9es sur le plan num\u00e9rique ? C'est la question \u00e0 laquelle a tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre une \u00e9tude d'Adobe. Pour ce faire, 1000 collaborateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Grande-Bretagne, en Australie, en Inde et au Japon. Les facteurs socio-\u00e9conomiques omnipr\u00e9sents tels que l'inflation, la r\u00e9cession, les licenciements et les troubles mondiaux ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte.<\/p>\n

La num\u00e9risation a un impact positif sur le travail<\/h3>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que : Les petites entreprises du monde entier ont un besoin de rattrapage num\u00e9rique. Ainsi, 88 pour cent des PME indiquent qu'une technologie insuffisante nuirait \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 de leur entreprise. 55 pour cent des PME interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent en outre qu'au moins la moiti\u00e9 du travail dans leur entreprise se fait encore sur papier. En raison de processus de travail obsol\u00e8tes, la moiti\u00e9 des PME (58 %) perdent entre deux et quatre heures de productivit\u00e9 par jour. De m\u00eame, un nombre presque unanime de PME (85 %) pensent que l'automatisation augmente la productivit\u00e9 de leur entreprise. Un pourcentage encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (92 %) de collaborateurs* dans les PME qui utilisent l'IA affirment que la technologie pilot\u00e9e par l'IA a un impact positif sur leurs processus de travail.<\/p>\n

Une bonne technologie augmente l'attractivit\u00e9 du lieu de travail<\/h3>\n

L'\"aptitude num\u00e9rique\" d'une PME est \u00e9galement d\u00e9terminante pour les postes \u00e0 pourvoir. En effet, presque tous les salari\u00e9s (92 %) des PME interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent que la technologie de travail est un facteur qui d\u00e9termine s'ils acceptent un poste dans une nouvelle entreprise, pr\u00e8s d'un quart d'entre eux d\u00e9clarant m\u00eame qu'il s'agit d'un facteur important.
\n(24 %) affirme qu'elle est \"absolument essentielle\", car son succ\u00e8s d\u00e9pend d'une bonne technologie. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent en outre accorder une grande importance aux technologies qui favorisent la collaboration au sein d'\u00e9quipes d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es, notamment les outils de vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence, mais aussi la gestion num\u00e9rique des documents - les PDF et les e-scans occupent ici la premi\u00e8re place des technologies indispensables \u00e0 leurs yeux, les outils de collaboration et la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence la deuxi\u00e8me et la troisi\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Des logiciels pour rattraper le retard num\u00e9rique<\/h3>\n

\"Les documents num\u00e9riques sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de notre activit\u00e9. Nous les utilisons pour tout, des factures aux contrats en passant par les catalogues de produits\", explique Sofiya Deva, fondatrice de The Postcard Edit<\/em>. \"Nous trouvons par exemple qu'il est fluide et facile de traiter, de partager et de conclure des contrats avec Acrobat. Nous sommes actifs dans le monde entier et travaillons aussi bien avec de grands d\u00e9taillants qu'avec de jeunes designers*. Les PDF nous aident \u00e0 communiquer de mani\u00e8re professionnelle tout en \u00e9tant agile et conviviale\".<\/p>\n

Une bonne technologie aide donc les petites entreprises non seulement \u00e0 \u00eatre plus productives, mais aussi \u00e0 attirer des collaborateurs qualifi\u00e9s*. L'automatisation et l'IA restent les mots-cl\u00e9s du moment lorsqu'il s'agit d'effectuer le travail de mani\u00e8re plus intelligente et plus rapide, conclut l'\u00e9tude d'Adobe.<\/p>\n
