De plus en plus de personnes souffrent de maladies li\u00e9es au stress. Il en r\u00e9sulte souvent des d\u00e9pressions d'\u00e9puisement, des \u00e9tats d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, des troubles du sommeil ou des troubles psychosomatiques. Avec SymBalance, une \u00e9quipe d'experts du Sanatorium Kilchberg a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un concept th\u00e9rapeutique sp\u00e9cial pour le traitement des maladies li\u00e9es au stress. Le concept a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s dans le cadre d'une \u00e9tude scientifique.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Le programme de traitement stationnaire comprend un suivi m\u00e9dical individuel, une psychoth\u00e9rapie individuelle intensive et un entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la gestion du stress en groupe, une physioth\u00e9rapie et une th\u00e9rapie par le mouvement ainsi que des activit\u00e9s sportives et cr\u00e9atives. Les objectifs du traitement sont, outre la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration psychique et physique, une meilleure gestion du stress, le renforcement de la confiance en soi, le d\u00e9veloppement optimal des ressources individuelles ainsi que la r\u00e9insertion professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Depuis 2013, cette offre est disponible pour les patients disposant d'une assurance compl\u00e9mentaire dans le service priv\u00e9 Belvedere. La direction de la clinique a maintenant r\u00e9agi \u00e0 la demande croissante d'un traitement pour les patients assur\u00e9s en division commune et a ouvert le 6 juin une nouvelle unit\u00e9 avec la plus belle vue sur le lac. L'unit\u00e9 sp\u00e9ciale dispose de chambres \u00e0 un ou deux lits.
