Mais est-ce que cela doit aussi sonner comme \u00e7a ? Department of Noise est convaincu qu'un service client r\u00e9gional, avec une pr\u00e9sence et des comp\u00e9tences sur place, a au moins autant de valeur. Et c'est l\u00e0 que doit intervenir la nouvelle identit\u00e9 sonore de Quickline : authentique, personnelle et suisse. Et se diff\u00e9rencier ainsi de mani\u00e8re rafra\u00eechissante de ses concurrents.<\/p>\r\n<p>En septembre 2022, Quickline, le quatri\u00e8me plus grand fournisseur de services telco de Suisse, a franchi le pas et est pass\u00e9 d'un fournisseur r\u00e9gional \u00e0 un fournisseur national : D\u00e9sormais, tous les m\u00e9nages de Suisse peuvent \u00eatre atteints. Afin de gagner ces clients potentiels, cette \u00e9tape s'accompagne d'une vaste offensive de communication qui doit faire conna\u00eetre et ressentir la marque au-del\u00e0 de sa zone de desserte actuelle. <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/de\/werbung\/kampagnen\/2022-12-13\/erdmannpeisker-die-schweiz-entdeckt-quickline\/\" rel=\"noopener\">(Werbewoche.ch a rapport\u00e9 la campagne de lancement correspondante)<\/a><\/em>. Dans le cadre de ces mesures ainsi que pour r\u00e9pondre au besoin d'un son de lancement pour la Quickline TV-Box, Department of Noise a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er une identit\u00e9 sonore dans le \"sweet spot\" entre la marque, les ambitions et la diff\u00e9renciation du march\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dans le cadre des r\u00e9flexions strat\u00e9giques, il est apparu clairement que la proximit\u00e9, la chaleur et l'empathie constituaient les aspects centraux de l'univers sonore de Quickline. Le lien r\u00e9gional et familial qui caract\u00e9rise l'entreprise doit ainsi \u00eatre soulign\u00e9. La comp\u00e9tence technique et l'exp\u00e9rience ne sont donc pas soulign\u00e9es par des sons num\u00e9riques, mais par une image sonore \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re dynamique avec des instruments acoustiques et \"classiques\".<\/p>\r\n<p>Pendant la phase de cr\u00e9ation, le son de la marque a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 replac\u00e9 dans le contexte de la musique d\u00e9j\u00e0 produite. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/de\/werbung\/kampagnen\/2022-12-13\/erdmannpeisker-die-schweiz-entdeckt-quickline\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Campagne de sensibilisation de Quickline<\/a> et sonoris\u00e9. Il a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 affin\u00e9 et utilis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois, en m\u00eame temps que le nouveau logo audio.<\/p>\r\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du projet s'est achev\u00e9e avec le d\u00e9veloppement d'un module de scoring flexible pour la communication dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux ainsi que le son de d\u00e9marrage de la bo\u00eete TV de Quickline, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les points de contact. \"D\u00e9velopper un son et une musique qui correspondent \u00e0 notre positionnement, qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents besoins et usages et qui d\u00e9passent les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles a \u00e9t\u00e9 un travail d\u00e9licat et passionnant\", explique Iva Kr\u00fcttli, Head of Communications chez Quickline. \"DoN a toujours su aller nous chercher gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son \u00e9coute attentive et \u00e0 son expertise, nous impliquer dans le processus et nous mener au but\".
