Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s les plus importantes figurent de nouveaux workflows automatis\u00e9s pour des processus commerciaux critiques. Il s'agit entre autres de l'approvisionnement, de la comptabilit\u00e9 et de la gestion des fournisseurs. De plus, les fonctions peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans des syst\u00e8mes ERP d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants. Sur la base des connaissances que les entreprises acqui\u00e8rent \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es, elles peuvent prendre plus rapidement des mesures concr\u00e8tes et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer ainsi une plus grande valeur ajout\u00e9e de leurs investissements technologiques. A cela s'ajoutent des fonctions d'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative qui s'appuient sur les fonctions d'IA d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendues de ServiceNow. Il s'agit notamment du ServiceNow Generative AI Controller, qui permet aux organisations de connecter facilement des instances ServiceNow \u00e0 OpenAI et Microsoft Azure Open AI, et de Now Assist for Search, qui permet de tirer parti de l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative pour Portal Search, Next Experience ou Virtual Agent.<\/p>\n<h3>Fonctionnalit\u00e9s assist\u00e9es par IA pour le d\u00e9veloppement des employ\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Une autre nouveaut\u00e9 est une approche de solution bas\u00e9e sur l'IA pour la croissance des employ\u00e9s et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Elles peuvent ainsi acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la reconversion de leurs propres talents et mieux d\u00e9velopper leurs collaborateurs - et combler ainsi les lacunes b\u00e9antes en mati\u00e8re de talents. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Employee Growth and Development, diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes d'apprentissage et de d\u00e9veloppement sont reli\u00e9s sur une seule plate-forme. Cela permet d'avoir une meilleure vue d'ensemble des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement et des ressources d'apprentissage, ce qui se traduit par des \u00e9quipes plus performantes et un personnel plus engag\u00e9 et plus productif, selon le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Mieux g\u00e9rer les infrastructures cloud<\/h3>\n<p>La gestion des infrastructures cloud devient de plus en plus complexe. C'est pourquoi ServiceNow a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une nouvelle solution d'obsolescence de bout en bout pour les applications en nuage. De nouvelles fonctions doivent aider les \u00e9quipes d'ing\u00e9nierie de la fiabilit\u00e9 du site \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer la taille et la complexit\u00e9 croissantes des infrastructures en nuage. Pour ce faire, les mesures d'observabilit\u00e9 correspondantes sont combin\u00e9es avec les donn\u00e9es de tra\u00e7age et de journalisation de Lightstep dans une solution sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour relier les connaissances et les mesures \u00e0 travers tous les outils, personnes et processus impliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Plateforme centrale pour toutes les cha\u00eenes de valeur<\/h3>\n<p>ServiceNow a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 une nouvelle offre pour la transformation num\u00e9rique du travail important des organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif ainsi que de nouveaux cours pour les partenaires du programme de formation RiseUp avec ServiceNow.
