ALD Automotive a conclu avec succ\u00e8s l'acquisition de LeasePlan, un leader mondial de la gestion de flotte et de la mobilit\u00e9, aupr\u00e8s d'un consortium dirig\u00e9 par TDR Capital. Cette acquisition donne naissance \u00e0 un leader mondial de la mobilit\u00e9 durable avec une flotte totale g\u00e9r\u00e9e de 3,3 millions de v\u00e9hicules. En unissant leurs forces, ALD Automotive et LeasePlan m\u00e8neront la marche vers la neutralit\u00e9 carbone et la transformation num\u00e9rique du secteur, est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. En raison de sa taille et de ses capacit\u00e9s compl\u00e9mentaires, l'entreprise continuera \u00e0 renforcer sa comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une croissance durable, selon les autres indications.
