Le blended learning fait partie des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s de la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e \u00e0 distance Suisse, qui a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse continue du nombre d'\u00e9tudiants dans ses r\u00e9sultats annuels 2016. (Image : FFHS)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Au d\u00e9but du projet FlexHF, les \u00e9tudiants souhaitaient pouvoir organiser leurs \u00e9tudes ES de mani\u00e8re plus flexible. L'ABBTS et le ZbW sont donc les premi\u00e8res \u00e9coles sup\u00e9rieures de Suisse \u00e0 proposer des cursus reconnus dans un nouveau format flexible. Les programmes et les proc\u00e9dures de qualification des formations restent les m\u00eames, mais une partie des cours en pr\u00e9sentiel est remplac\u00e9e par des formes d'apprentissage num\u00e9ris\u00e9es et individualis\u00e9es. \"Actuellement, nous n'utilisons que modestement l'e-learning dans les fili\u00e8res ES\", explique Kurt Rubeli, recteur de l'ABBTS. \"Nous l'intensifions avec les \u00e9tudes FlexHF. Le partenariat avec la FFHS, qui nous fait faire un grand pas en avant en mati\u00e8re de didactique en ligne, est d\u00e9cisif pour nous\".<\/p>\n

Une pratique concentr\u00e9e et des formats d'apprentissage bas\u00e9s sur le num\u00e9rique<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les cursus flexibles ES proposeront une forme moderne d'apprentissage guid\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formes d'apprentissage num\u00e9ris\u00e9es et individualis\u00e9es. La part de l'enseignement pr\u00e9sentiel sera r\u00e9duite et davantage consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l'application, \u00e0 la pratique en laboratoire et \u00e0 l'\u00e9change personnel. La composante e-learning fortement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e doit en m\u00eame temps offrir aux \u00e9tudiants une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 en termes de temps et de lieu dans leurs \u00e9tudes ES. \"Avec cette m\u00e9thodologie de Blended Learning, nous voulons \u00e9galement permettre aux collaborateurs d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la formation professionnelle sup\u00e9rieure, dont le quotidien professionnel ne permet pas des \u00e9tudes avec une forte pr\u00e9sence scolaire\", explique le directeur du ZbW Andreas Schubiger \u00e0 propos de la combinaison pr\u00e9vue entre la pratique concentr\u00e9e et l'apprentissage soutenu par le num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n

20 ans d'exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Les prestations de services \u00e0 des tiers font partie de notre mandat de prestations\", explique le recteur de la FFHS, Michael Zurwerra. \"Nous sommes heureux de pouvoir transmettre notre expertise de 20 ans de blended learning \u00e0 des ES reconnues. En m\u00eame temps, le projet FlexHF nous permet de recueillir d'autres connaissances et d'affiner notre m\u00e9thodologie\". Les enseignants du ZbW et de l'ABBTS se retrouveront par exemple dans le CAS eDidactics de la FFHS<\/a> et recevoir des informations importantes sur la structuration du programme et la didactique en ligne. La FFHS apportera \u00e9galement son soutien \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes d'\u00e9tudes sur des plates-formes d'apprentissage en ligne et ouvre aux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s FlexHF une transition en douceur de l'\u00e9cole sup\u00e9rieure vers la haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses offres de passerelles.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9but des \u00e9tudes au printemps 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il est pr\u00e9vu de lancer les deux premi\u00e8res fili\u00e8res FlexHF au printemps 2018. L'ABBTS proposera une fili\u00e8re FlexHF en g\u00e9nie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, le ZbW en g\u00e9nie m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n
