(Image : zVg \/ Pax)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>En tant que coop\u00e9rative, Pax est uniquement tenue de d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des assur\u00e9s. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices r\u00e9alis\u00e9s restent dans l'entreprise. Les assur\u00e9s, qui sont \u00e9galement membres de la coop\u00e9rative, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient ainsi d'une participation aux exc\u00e9dents. En 2022, Pax a vers\u00e9 15 millions de CHF au fonds d'exc\u00e9dents, soit une augmentation de 50 pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Il en r\u00e9sulte un taux de distribution de 91,7 pour cent. Les distributions ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9es en faveur des assur\u00e9s, \u00e0 CHF 7.9 millions contre CHF 4.1 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le fonds d'exc\u00e9dents a \u00e9t\u00e9 aliment\u00e9 plus qu'il n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9, son volume a augment\u00e9 de plus de 26 pour cent pour atteindre CHF 34.2 millions. Pax dispose ainsi d'une base solide pour de futures participations aux exc\u00e9dents attrayantes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>R\u00e9sultat financier et volume de primes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon Pax, dans un environnement exigeant, l'assurance compl\u00e8te et DuoStar font leurs preuves en tant que solutions offrant une grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle : le r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation est rest\u00e9 stable en 2022, \u00e0 CHF 7.2 millions, soit seulement une baisse marginale par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (2021 : CHF 7.3 millions). Les fonds propres ont pu \u00eatre renforc\u00e9s de CHF 5.2 millions pour atteindre CHF 66.7 millions. Pax offre ainsi \u00e0 ses assur\u00e9s une grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re dans le domaine de la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>Avec CHF 6.1 millions, les nouvelles affaires sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, mais inf\u00e9rieures aux propres attentes. Pax a enregistr\u00e9 un recul des primes uniques et des primes p\u00e9riodiques, le volume des primes atteignant CHF 426,1 millions (-2,2 pour cent). En revanche, selon le communiqu\u00e9, l'entreprise a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la structure de son portefeuille gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une gestion qualitative cons\u00e9quente, ce qui augmente la rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 moyen terme.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La r\u00e9forme de la LPP, une \u00e9tape importante pour la pr\u00e9voyance vieillesse suisse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle doit toutefois \u00eatre r\u00e9form\u00e9e de toute urgence : Ni la hausse des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat ni l'\u00e9volution conjoncturelle ne r\u00e9solvent le probl\u00e8me du taux de conversion LPP trop \u00e9lev\u00e9. Ce probl\u00e8me est aggrav\u00e9 par les conditions-cadres r\u00e9glementaires qui ne correspondent plus depuis longtemps aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. D\u00e8s 2022, Pax a donc utilis\u00e9 sa propre marge de man\u0153uvre et introduit un nouveau mod\u00e8le de taux de conversion afin d'endiguer la redistribution des assur\u00e9s actifs vers les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de rentes, qui est \u00e9trang\u00e8re au syst\u00e8me. Pax consid\u00e8re la r\u00e9forme de la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle adopt\u00e9e par le Parlement en mars 2023 comme un compromis susceptible de recueillir une majorit\u00e9 et d'adapter le deuxi\u00e8me pilier \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des conditions sociales et \u00e9conomiques : une nouvelle \u00e9tape importante sur la voie de la p\u00e9rennisation de la pr\u00e9voyance vieillesse suisse.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conception simple de la pr\u00e9voyance pour les PME<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Outre son engagement en faveur d'une pr\u00e9voyance vieillesse suisse durable, Pax poursuit \u00e9galement le d\u00e9veloppement de ses propres produits : le nouveau tarif collectif 2024 tient compte de nouvelles bases biom\u00e9triques, accorde plus de poids \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des sinistres et augmente le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat technique \u00e0 1,00 pour cent. De plus, l'introduction de branches mixtes permet d'\u00e9valuer le profil de risque d'une entreprise au plus pr\u00e8s de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Toutes ces mesures aboutissent \u00e0 une solution attractive avec des primes avantageuses.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, Pax propose DuoStar, un produit qu'elle qualifie d'unique sur le march\u00e9 suisse.
