(Image : depositphotos, \u00a9 AndreyPopov)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de bureau interrog\u00e9s (63 pour cent) s'expriment n\u00e9gativement sur les facteurs insuffisants sur le lieu de travail. \u00c0 cela s'ajoutent les ennuis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la technique : une personne sur deux consid\u00e8re l'\u00e9quipement technique de son bureau comme arri\u00e9r\u00e9 et restrictif et doit faire face en moyenne trois fois par jour \u00e0 des pannes importantes et \u00e0 des d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p>42 % pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent donc travailler avec leurs propres ordinateurs portables, tablettes ou smartphones, qui sont plus r\u00e9cents, plus rapides et plus faciles \u00e0 utiliser que les appareils de bureau. En outre, 40 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait semblant d'avoir un outil de travail en panne, uniquement pour ne pas avoir \u00e0 l'utiliser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La technique, tueuse de motivation ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (42 %) des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont convaincues qu'une technologie moderne et facile \u00e0 utiliser sur le lieu de travail aurait un effet positif sur leur motivation. 16 % pensent m\u00eame que cela leur permettrait de se sentir plus proches de leur employeur et de ne pas chercher un nouvel emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Chez la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de moins de 35 ans qui a grandi avec les technologies num\u00e9riques, le pourcentage \u00e9tait encore un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 : ici, 49 pour cent pensent que les technologies plus modernes ont un effet positif sur leur moral au travail. En outre, les natifs du num\u00e9rique sont plus nombreux que la moyenne (56 %) \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer travailler avec leurs propres appareils plut\u00f4t que de recourir \u00e0 la technologie bureautique, qu'ils consid\u00e8rent comme d\u00e9pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\"Il est \u00e9vident que les entreprises doivent investir davantage pour se positionner en tant qu'employeur attractif pour les jeunes talents de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des natifs du num\u00e9rique et pour les fid\u00e9liser durablement\", d\u00e9clare Alexander Hermann, vice-pr\u00e9sident Information Systems Europe chez Sharp.
