Un tiers des entreprises communiquent le \"purpose\" aux candidats. Et les candidatures mobiles sont trop compliqu\u00e9es, la communication se passe mal.<br \/>\ng\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins personnels et moins valorisants. (Graphique : Best Recruiters)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class=\"x_WordSection1\">\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">L'\u00e9tablissement d'une relation est difficile<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">\"\u00c0 l'heure de la num\u00e9risation et du recrutement par intelligence artificielle, l'\u00e9tablissement pr\u00e9coce de relations personnelles prend une importance particuli\u00e8re dans la course aux bons potentiels\", analyse Agnes Koller, responsable de l'\u00e9tude. Par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, on constate toutefois une tendance \u00e0 la baisse : seul un quart des employeurs permet une prise de contact personnelle avec les responsables du recrutement via le site web - soit 7 points de pourcentage de moins que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Dans les offres d'emploi en ligne, cette valeur reste constante avec 59 %. Les r\u00e9ponses aux candidatures envoy\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement moins personnalis\u00e9es : 62 % des lettres contiennent un exp\u00e9diteur individuel ou une personne de contact pour d'\u00e9ventuelles questions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 66 %). On constate \u00e9galement un recul de l'estime : Alors que la majorit\u00e9 des processus de candidature pr\u00e9voient toujours des CV et des lettres de motivation personnalis\u00e9s, seuls 23 % des r\u00e9ponses n\u00e9gatives reconnaissent l'effort fourni pour la candidature (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 28 %).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Annonces d'emploi informatif<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Souvent le premier point de contact entre les employeurs et les candidats potentiels, les offres d'emploi ont tendance \u00e0 contenir plus d'informations pertinentes cette ann\u00e9e : Environ huit annonces sur dix donnent des informations sur le type d'emploi, par exemple le taux d'occupation concret ou le cadre de travail (plus 9 points de pourcentage). Pr\u00e8s d'un quart d'entre elles abordent les modalit\u00e9s du travail \u00e0 distance en lien avec le poste (plus 10 points de pourcentage). \"Pour de nombreux groupes cibles, ces d\u00e9tails administratifs constituent un crit\u00e8re d'\u00e9limination dans le choix d'un emploi. Leur communication transparente favorise donc l'auto-s\u00e9lection et r\u00e9duit le travail de recrutement\", souligne Agnes Koller.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Candidature mobile possible dans une large mesure, mais fastidieuse<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Les sites web de carri\u00e8re (99 %), les march\u00e9s de l'emploi (97 %) et les offres d'emploi en ligne (94 %) sont presque tous optimis\u00e9s pour les appareils mobiles. De m\u00eame, pr\u00e8s de neuf employeurs sur dix proposent en principe une possibilit\u00e9 de candidature mobile (88 %). Mais dans la pratique, les obstacles sont fr\u00e9quents : Ainsi, 42 % des employeurs exigent la cr\u00e9ation obligatoire d'un compte de candidature. Un compte peut certes \u00eatre un avantage en cas de candidatures multiples pour le m\u00eame employeur, mais il d\u00e9courage ceux qui postulent aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs entreprises et doivent garder une vue d'ensemble sur d'innombrables comptes d'utilisateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Une analyse de la transmission ult\u00e9rieure des candidatures r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement des obstacles : Environ un tiers des formulaires de candidature mobiles pr\u00e9voient plus de 20 champs \u00e0 remplir par smartphone. Inversement, seuls 2 % comportent cinq champs ou moins.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Communiquer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du travail de mani\u00e8re authentique<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">De plus en plus de personnes attachent de l'importance au fait de trouver un sens \u00e0 leur travail, de contribuer \u00e0 un objectif sup\u00e9rieur, comme le montre par exemple le Barom\u00e8tre de l'emploi 2023 de Randstad. Un tiers des employeurs l'ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 compris : Ils communiquent le Corporate Purpose sur leur site web de carri\u00e8re. Un cinqui\u00e8me d'entre eux l'int\u00e8gre directement dans les offres d'emploi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">\"Les candidats potentiels veulent en outre savoir comment se d\u00e9roule r\u00e9ellement le travail au quotidien. Cela peut \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tangible sous forme d'histoires et d'exp\u00e9riences personnelles\", explique la directrice de l'\u00e9tude, Agnes Koller. \"Les entreprises font de plus en plus de publicit\u00e9 pour l'organisation flexible du temps de travail, mais chacun comprend quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent sous ce terme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\".
