En tant que dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en sciences politiques et en \u00e9conomie, partenaire de l'entreprise Experts for Leaders AG, membre de plusieurs conseils d'administration et CEO ainsi que d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 du conseil d'administration de Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition AG, il apporte une exp\u00e9rience extr\u00eamement large et approfondie pour poursuivre le SwissBoardForum en tant que plateforme nationale d'\u00e9change pratique entre les membres des conseils d'administration, peut on lire dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n<h3>Une \u00e8re de 15 ans prend fin<\/h3>\n<p>Ralph P. Siegl succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Silvan Felder qui, apr\u00e8s de longues ann\u00e9es d'activit\u00e9 au sein du comit\u00e9 (depuis 2008, pr\u00e9sident depuis 2017), ne s'est pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 pour un nouveau mandat. Silvan Felder, fondateur et propri\u00e9taire de Verwaltungsrat Management AG \u00e0 Lucerne, a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l'\u00e9volution positive de SwissBoardForum au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et a pos\u00e9 des jalons importants avec l'\u00e9quipe de direction respective. Lui et son entreprise resteront li\u00e9s au SwissBoardForum en tant que partenaires associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Continuit\u00e9 et rocade au sein du comit\u00e9 directeur<\/h3>\n<p>Stephan Hostettler, Managing Partner de HCM International AG \u00e0 Zurich et membre du comit\u00e9 depuis 2009, est une autre personnalit\u00e9 qui n'\u00e9tait plus disponible pour un nouveau mandat. Selon le communiqu\u00e9, Stephan Hostettler a lui aussi marqu\u00e9 le SwissBoardForum de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9cisive et l'a notamment enrichi de ses connaissances approfondies sur les th\u00e8mes de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Lui et son entreprise resteront \u00e9galement li\u00e9s au SwissBoardForum en tant que partenaires associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Mich\u00e8le Sutter R\u00fcdisser, une personnalit\u00e9 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e, parfaitement ancr\u00e9e dans la pratique du conseil d'administration et qualifi\u00e9e, a pu \u00eatre recrut\u00e9e comme nouvelle force au sein du comit\u00e9. Mich\u00e8le Sutter R\u00fcdisser est professeure titulaire de contr\u00f4le organisationnel et de gouvernance d'entreprise \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall et, entre autres, directrice du Network for Innovative Corporate Governance (NICG) \u00e0 l'institut IFF-HSG. Elle est \u00e9galement membre ind\u00e9pendante de conseils de surveillance, de banques et de conseils d'administration.<\/p>\n<h3>Composition diverse<\/h3>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, les personnes suivantes, issues du monde de l'entreprise, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lues au comit\u00e9 directeur pour un nouveau mandat : Anne Bobillier, Gian-Luca Lardi, Karin Perraudin, Prof. Dr Edgar Philippin, Rolf Schmid et Ralph P. Siegl. Le comit\u00e9 directeur de SwissBoardForum est ainsi toujours tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9 et se voit bien arm\u00e9 pour continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la plateforme pour les activit\u00e9s professionnelles des conseils d'administration.<\/p>\n<p>Le SwissBoardForum a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 2007 sous le nom d'Institut suisse des administrateurs (sivg). En tant que plate-forme nationale pour les th\u00e8mes relatifs aux conseils d'administration et \u00e0 la gouvernance d'entreprise, il promeut l'activit\u00e9 professionnelle des conseils d'administration et de fondation en mettant clairement l'accent sur les PME.
