(Image : Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil Gallup a publi\u00e9 le rapport \"State of the Global Workplace 2023\". Pour ce faire, 122 416 salari\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s dans 145 pays au total, dont 18 262 entretiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s en Europe (38 pays, y compris la Suisse). Les r\u00e9sultats sont repr\u00e9sentatifs de la main-d'\u0153uvre de chaque pays. La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition du rapport montre les cons\u00e9quences de passer d'une crise \u00e0 l'autre : le stress. \"Le monde se trouve dans une situation de crise multiple que les travailleurs ressentent \u00e9galement sur leur lieu de travail. Bien s\u00fbr, il n'est pas toujours possible d'\u00e9viter le stress au travail, mais tout d\u00e9pend de la mani\u00e8re dont on le g\u00e8re. La pression du temps due \u00e0 des d\u00e9lais serr\u00e9s peut avoir un effet positif sur les performances, du moins \u00e0 court terme. Mais si l'exception se transforme en \u00e9tat permanent et que le manager ne l'att\u00e9nue pas par son soutien, elle peut rendre malade \u00e0 moyen terme. Les entreprises doivent rester vigilantes face aux niveaux de stress \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Car \u00e0 long terme, le stress est un poison pour la culture d'entreprise et donc aussi pour le succ\u00e8s \u00e9conomique\", explique Marco Nink, directeur de la recherche et des analyses EMEA chez Gallup.<\/p>\n<h3>L'attachement \u00e9motionnel des salari\u00e9s en Suisse \u00e0 un bas niveau<\/h3>\n<p>Compar\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs voisins europ\u00e9ens, les salari\u00e9s suisses s'en sortent toutefois encore relativement bien en ce qui concerne le niveau de stress. 39 % des salari\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens d\u00e9clarent souffrir de stress, contre 42 % des salari\u00e9s allemands et 44 % de la moyenne mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>Le stress ressenti n'est pas le fruit du hasard et va de pair avec un faible attachement \u00e9motionnel des employ\u00e9s suisses \u00e0 leur employeur. Ainsi, ces derniers pr\u00e9sentent en m\u00eame temps un faible attachement \u00e9motionnel. En effet, seule une personne interrog\u00e9e sur dix (11 %) a un lien \u00e9motionnel \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec son employeur actuel en Suisse. La plupart des Suisses font leur travail selon les r\u00e8gles et ont un faible attachement \u00e9motionnel (79 %). Et 10 % ont m\u00eame d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 int\u00e9rieurement et ne sont plus attach\u00e9s \u00e0 leur employeur.<\/p>\n<p>Gallup analyse l'engagement \u00e9motionnel des collaborateurs \u00e0 l'aide de douze facteurs qui sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans un indice d'engagement. \"Nous savons, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos \u00e9tudes \u00e0 long terme, qu'un faible engagement \u00e9motionnel des collaborateurs constitue un d\u00e9fi pour les entreprises en p\u00e9riode de p\u00e9nurie de travailleurs\", explique Nink. \"Car elle favorise la propension au changement. Les entreprises peuvent y rem\u00e9dier par la qualit\u00e9 du management v\u00e9cu. Les salari\u00e9s qui font \u00e9tat d'un bon leadership se sentent moins stress\u00e9s et plus attach\u00e9s que les salari\u00e9s dont les besoins \u00e9motionnels au travail sont n\u00e9glig\u00e9s\", explique Marco Nink, qui accompagne les enqu\u00eates europ\u00e9ennes en tant que Lead Research &amp; Analytics EMEA.<\/p>\n<h3>L'Europe gaspille son potentiel : aucune autre r\u00e9gion n'est aussi attach\u00e9e \u00e9motionnellement \u00e0 ses habitants<\/h3>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le faible attachement \u00e9motionnel, les Suisses sont toutefois dans le m\u00eame cas que les Europ\u00e9ens. Parmi les dix r\u00e9gions du monde, l'Europe pr\u00e9sente le plus faible niveau d'engagement \u00e9motionnel des collaborateurs (13 % contre 23 % au niveau mondial). Les grands voisins europ\u00e9ens, en particulier, ont \u00e9galement des scores faibles en termes d'attachement \u00e9motionnel. Au Royaume-Uni, le taux d'employ\u00e9s ayant un attachement \u00e9motionnel \u00e9lev\u00e9 est de 10 %, en Allemagne de 16 % ; la France (7 %) et l'Italie (5 %) se situent m\u00eame nettement en dessous de la moyenne europ\u00e9enne. Ces deux pays ne sont donc pas seulement en queue de peloton en Europe, mais font \u00e9galement partie des nations ayant les plus mauvais r\u00e9sultats au niveau mondial. \"Les facteurs culturels sont souvent cit\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant la raison du faible engagement \u00e9motionnel des collaborateurs en Europe. Toutefois, le probl\u00e8me ne r\u00e9side pas dans la culture de travail, mais dans la culture de gestion. Notre exp\u00e9rience montre que les entreprises qui travaillent activement sur la qualit\u00e9 de la direction v\u00e9cue et de l'environnement de travail peuvent augmenter consid\u00e9rablement l'engagement \u00e9motionnel de leurs collaborateurs\", explique Marco Nink, expert de Gallup.<\/p>\n<h3>Les chances sur le march\u00e9 du travail sont per\u00e7ues comme prometteuses<\/h3>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, de nombreux salari\u00e9s en Suisse continuent de juger positives les chances actuelles de trouver un nouvel emploi dans une perspective \u00e0 moyen terme. Ainsi, pr\u00e8s d'une personne interrog\u00e9e sur deux (46 % ; -2 %) indique que c'est le bon moment pour changer d'employeur. M\u00eame si ce chiffre est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne europ\u00e9enne (56 %), il montre que les salari\u00e9s ont globalement confiance dans le march\u00e9 du travail. \"Lorsque les employeurs encouragent activement le lien \u00e9motionnel et se soucient du bien-\u00eatre de leurs employ\u00e9s, ils r\u00e9duisent non seulement leur stress, mais renforcent \u00e9galement leur propre comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et leur marque employeur, en plus de la sant\u00e9 et de la performance\", explique Pa Sinyan, Managing Partner de Gallup pour la r\u00e9gion EMEA. \"Toutefois, si un faible attachement \u00e9motionnel rencontre un niveau de stress \u00e9lev\u00e9 et que, dans le m\u00eame temps, les chances de trouver un nouvel emploi sont bien \u00e9valu\u00e9es, la propension \u00e0 changer d'employeur augmente\".<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/349484\/state-of-the-global-workplace.aspx\">Gallup<\/a><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le mode de crise permanent dans lequel se trouve le monde est \u00e9galement perceptible dans les entreprises en Suisse : ainsi, un employ\u00e9 sur trois en Suisse se sent stress\u00e9 au travail (35 %).
