(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>En pr\u00e9vision de la Journ\u00e9e de gr\u00e8ve des femmes de cette ann\u00e9e, le 14 juin 2023, l'Union patronale suisse avait publi\u00e9 une \u00e9tude visant \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer que l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les sexes \u00e9tait devenue pour ainsi dire \"la norme\". Aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/de\/human-resources\/2023-06-13\/erhebung-zeigt-lohngleichheit-ist-vielerorts-realitaet\/\">nous en avons parl\u00e9 ici<\/a>. En y regardant de plus pr\u00e8s, on constate toutefois que l'\u00e9tude ne montre qu'une partie de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et ne peut pas servir de preuve que \"tout va bien\" en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale. La prise de position de Lisa Rubli, CEO de la fondation, va \u00e9galement dans ce sens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equalsalary.org\/\">Salaire \u00e9gal<\/a>. Cette organisation certifie les entreprises dont il est prouv\u00e9 qu'elles r\u00e9mun\u00e8rent \u00e9quitablement les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n<p>Lisa Rubli critique \u00e0 la fois le moment de la publication de l'\u00e9tude et sa pertinence : \"Oui, 99,3% des entreprises examin\u00e9es respectent la loi sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9. Jusque-l\u00e0, tout va bien. Mais c'est justement l\u00e0 qu'il faut regarder d'un peu plus pr\u00e8s. Un 'petit' d\u00e9tail saute rapidement aux yeux : L'\u00e9chantillon est biais\u00e9 ! Premi\u00e8rement, seules 615 des 2144 entreprises contact\u00e9es ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate volontaire, dont 461 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour l'\u00e9tude. La question se pose in\u00e9vitablement de savoir qui sont les entreprises qui communiquent leurs r\u00e9sultats sur une base volontaire. Deuxi\u00e8mement, seules les entreprises de plus de 100 employ\u00e9s en Suisse sont soumises \u00e0 la loi. Elles repr\u00e9sentent tout juste 1% des entreprises suisses. Les 461 entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentent 0,08%. Cet \u00e9chantillon est-il vraiment repr\u00e9sentatif ? Un dernier point : la collecte des donn\u00e9es repose sur l'autod\u00e9claration et n'est pas v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e. Selon la<br \/>\nUniversit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall, on ne peut donc pas exclure que la m\u00e9thode de calcul n'ait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement appliqu\u00e9e ou que les informations transmises aient \u00e9t\u00e9 (intentionnellement ou non) erron\u00e9es ou lacunaires. Les r\u00e9sultats sont-ils fiables ?\" Selon lui, il convient de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ces questions de mani\u00e8re critique. Et d'ajouter : \"En fin de compte, l'\u00e9tude command\u00e9e par la FSA n'est pas seulement biais\u00e9e, elle a surtout \u00e9t\u00e9 instrumentalis\u00e9e. Les nombreux extraits tels que 'Dans leur \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9, les grandes entreprises suisses ont un syst\u00e8me salarial \u00e9quitable' et les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s haut et fort par les d\u00e9tracteurs de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 \u00e0 la veille du 14 juin, visent \u00e0 nier les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales et \u00e0 minimiser les luttes f\u00e9ministes. Selon l'OFS, qui prend \u00e9galement en compte les entreprises de moins de 100 employ\u00e9-e-s, l'\u00e9cart salarial sera encore de 18% en 2020. Sur ces 18%, 47,8% sont li\u00e9s au genre. En Suisse, une femme gagne 717 francs de moins par mois qu'un homme pour le m\u00eame travail, la m\u00eame charge de travail, la m\u00eame formation, le m\u00eame cahier des charges et les m\u00eames prestations.
