(Photo : Doroth\u00e9e Steiger)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Un Pfalzkeller plein \u00e0 craquer, avec un public actif d'environ 200 personnes, a \u00e9cout\u00e9 le t\u00e9moignage d'une personne concern\u00e9e, qui lui a coll\u00e9 \u00e0 la peau : \"Ce n'est qu'apr\u00e8s Thusis que je suis enfin revenu \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 moi. Le matin, j'ai tout laiss\u00e9 tomber comme dans une transe, j'ai apparemment pris ma voiture et je me suis arr\u00eat\u00e9 devant le tunnel du Bernardino, puis j'ai fait demi-tour. Mais ce n'\u00e9tait pas pour me pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 nouveau au travail, j'ai roul\u00e9 comme si j'\u00e9tais guid\u00e9 par un tiers jusqu'\u00e0 Bad Ragaz, o\u00f9 j'ai pris une chambre et me suis isol\u00e9\". <\/span>Ces premiers mots d'une personne concern\u00e9e ont permis au public d'entrevoir de pr\u00e8s ce que peut \u00eatre le th\u00e8me de la \"crise psychique\". Quand la fatigue, le surmenage, la nervosit\u00e9 ou le stress ne sont pas les th\u00e8mes principaux, mais qu'il s'agit de \"d\u00e9crocher\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'entreprise a r\u00e9agi t\u00f4t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Andreas Hartmann, pr\u00e9sident de l'Union cantonale des arts et m\u00e9tiers de Saint-Gall, la table ronde du forum de cette ann\u00e9e a d\u00e9but\u00e9.<\/span>Int\u00e9gration <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sous la direction de l'animateur Bruno Schnellmann, co-directeur de Profil - Handicap&amp;Travail. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>L'exemple de l'entreprise swissplast AG de Sargans a permis de montrer le chemin parcouru par une employ\u00e9e pour r\u00e9int\u00e9grer l'entreprise. Le propri\u00e9taire et le directeur de production de swissplast ont d\u00e9crit de mani\u00e8re impressionnante combien il \u00e9tait important de r\u00e9agir rapidement \u00e0 la crise psychique de cette collaboratrice jusqu'alors tr\u00e8s fiable, en restant en contact avec elle pendant sa maladie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interaction avec les conseillers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensemble, ils ont discut\u00e9 et planifi\u00e9 les futurs changements sur le lieu de travail. La collaboration avec le conseiller en r\u00e9adaptation de l'AI a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel. Selon le professeur Wolfram Kawohl, m\u00e9decin-chef des services psychiatriques d'Argovie, il est possible de continuer \u00e0 travailler malgr\u00e9 une maladie psychique dans beaucoup plus de cas qu'on ne le pensait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Le domaine d'intervention peut \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 afin de cr\u00e9er une meilleure ad\u00e9quation entre l'employ\u00e9 et son poste de travail. Il s'av\u00e8re qu'un job coaching est important pour toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es et qu'il apporte un soulagement dans l'organisation du processus. Le job-coach, en tant que traducteur entre les personnes concern\u00e9es, en tant que pivot des diff\u00e9rents int\u00e9r\u00eats et besoins, est d\u00e9cisif dans de nombreux cas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'int\u00e9gration comme situation normale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le conseiller en r\u00e9adaptation AI a pu montrer les cofinancements de l'Etat et parler des consultations qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires dans l'entreprise swissplast pour r\u00e9unir toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es, jusqu'aux collaborateurs, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'on parvienne finalement \u00e0 faire \"revenir\" la collaboratrice m\u00e9ritante. Il faut savoir qu'une seule r\u00e9union n'a pas suffi, il a fallu deux ou trois tentatives avant que l'\u00e9quipe et elle-m\u00eame ne retrouvent leur voix. Au final, cela en valait la peine.<\/p>\n<p>Les experts pr\u00e9sents, issus du domaine m\u00e9dical, juridique, des assurances sociales et priv\u00e9es ainsi que du domaine du job coaching, ont r\u00e9pondu aux questions que se posent les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s en rapport avec le retour au travail. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de montrer aux nombreux repr\u00e9sentants d'entreprises pr\u00e9sents, \u00e0 titre d'exemple, comment les chemins du retour au travail peuvent \u00eatre couronn\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s.
