En principe, deux mini-pauses actives sont particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9es. Profitez-en pour faire une petite s\u00e9ance de m\u00e9ditation : ouvrez la fen\u00eatre, tenez-vous droit et fermez les yeux. \u00c9coutez les bruits qui soufflent de l'ext\u00e9rieur. Inspirez profond\u00e9ment avec les bras au-dessus de la t\u00eate et laissez-les retomber en expirant. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cet exercice trois fois : vous verrez, vous vous sentirez d\u00e9j\u00e0 nettement plus repos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Th\u00e9 vert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui se sentent stress\u00e9es ne devraient pas toucher au caf\u00e9. En effet, contrairement \u00e0 ce que l'on pense, le caf\u00e9 renforce les nerfs, mais chez les personnes tendues, il provoque surtout des palpitations cardiaques. Si l'on recherche le calme int\u00e9rieur, il vaut mieux opter pour le th\u00e9 vert. Celui-ci contient de la th\u00e9anine - une substance aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s calmantes - \u00e0 la place de la caf\u00e9ine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Massage des mains<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour un massage des mains aux effets apaisants, vous n'avez pas besoin d'un professionnel : procurez-vous simplement un peu de d\u00e9tente. Pour cela, passez le pouce de l'autre main sur la paume de la main en exer\u00e7ant une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression, en commen\u00e7ant par le muscle de la boule du pouce. Prenez environ trois \u00e0 quatre minutes par main.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eau froide <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C'est difficile \u00e0 croire, mais c'est vrai : l'eau froide aide \u00e0 lutter contre le stress. En effet, des art\u00e8res importantes se trouvent aussi bien \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du poignet que derri\u00e8re les oreilles, ce qui a des r\u00e9percussions sur le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. En faisant couler un peu d'eau froide \u00e0 ces endroits, on obtient imm\u00e9diatement un effet apaisant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faites du sport<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez suffisamment de temps, optez pour un peu d'exercice physique. C'est le rem\u00e8de miracle contre de nombreux maux, notamment le stress et la tension int\u00e9rieure. Une promenade dans le quartier peut parfois suffire : mieux encore - si c'est possible - de petites s\u00e9ances de yoga de dix minutes en plein air, car elles font redescendre le rythme cardiaque et permettent de se vider la t\u00eate. Voici quelques exercices simples de l'expert en yoga Deepak Yadav, que m\u00eame les managers stress\u00e9s peuvent faire entre-temps :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Chien qui regarde en bas - Adho Mukha Svanasana.<\/em> Certes, il faut le reconna\u00eetre : Cet exercice n'est pas fait pour le bureau en open space, mais vous trouverez peut-\u00eatre un coin tranquille pour le chien qui regarde vers le bas. La position de d\u00e9part pour cet exercice est la position \u00e0 quatre pattes. Les mains se trouvent juste en dessous des \u00e9paules. Maintenant, placez les orteils et poussez les fesses vers le haut avec les bras et les jambes en m\u00eame temps. Les jambes sont tendues, si possible les talons touchent le sol ou sont au moins aussi proches du sol que possible. La t\u00eate est baiss\u00e9e pendant cet exercice, le regard est dirig\u00e9 vers les genoux. Si l'\u00e9tirement dans les jambes est ressenti comme d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, il est possible de faire de petits pas sur place avec les pieds pour se d\u00e9tendre.<\/li>\n<li><em>Demi-assise pivotante - Matsyendrasana.<\/em> Asseyez-vous sur le sol, les jambes tendues et le dos droit. La jambe gauche est lev\u00e9e, la droite est tendue. Maintenant, le pied de la jambe gauche est plac\u00e9 contre l'ext\u00e9rieur du genou droit. Les jambes sont maintenant crois\u00e9es. Tournez \u00e0 nouveau le haut du corps de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir regarder par-dessus votre \u00e9paule gauche, tout en pliant le bras droit. Avec le coude, exercez une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression sur l'ext\u00e9rieur de la jambe pli\u00e9e. Maintenez la position pendant une minute, puis changez de jambe.<\/li>\n<li><em>Arbre - <\/em><em>Vrksasana.<\/em><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong> Tenez-vous droit, les pieds parall\u00e8les. Gardez le dos droit et les genoux rel\u00e2ch\u00e9s. Transf\u00e9rez maintenant votre poids sur le pied gauche, le pied droit \u00e9tant plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la partie sup\u00e9rieure de la cuisse. Placez les paumes des mains devant votre poitrine en position de pri\u00e8re. Ensuite, les mains jointes se d\u00e9placent au-dessus de la t\u00eate.
