Digitec Galaxus a optimis\u00e9 la taille de ses paquets et utilise d\u00e9sormais des paquets mieux adapt\u00e9s. Une nouvelle solution d'intelligence artificielle d'Ergon a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce processus. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette nouvelle solution, le plus grand d\u00e9taillant en ligne de Suisse a pu r\u00e9duire l'espace vide, et donc le mat\u00e9riel de remplissage, de 28 %. Ergon a publi\u00e9 cette approche dans un document scientifique. Ce document met \u00e9galement en lumi\u00e8re l'optimisation en elle-m\u00eame et montre comment sa consommation de ressources a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duite de 96 %. La vente par correspondance n'est pas la seule \u00e0 en profiter. Certaines parties de cette approche conviennent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la planification de l'affectation du personnel, des horaires ou des besoins en mat\u00e9riel.<\/p>\n

La transparence favorise la durabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ergon et Digitec Galaxus ont publi\u00e9 la description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l'approche de solution sur https:\/\/arxiv.org<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9. L'objectif est d'aider d'autres entreprises \u00e0 devenir plus durables. \"Cette publication est importante pour nous, car la durabilit\u00e9 et la transparence sont des valeurs centrales d'Ergon\", explique Wilhelm Kleiminger, Head of Data Science chez Ergon. \"En outre, nous voulons montrer que les approches de num\u00e9risation et d'IA peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le domaine de la durabilit\u00e9\". Selon Kleiminger, les entreprises pilot\u00e9es par les donn\u00e9es ont un avantage lorsqu'il s'agit d'identifier et de mettre en \u0153uvre des potentiels d'optimisation. A cet \u00e9gard, Digitec Galaxus fait partie des entreprises qui servent de mod\u00e8le. Le volume d'air \u00e0 optimiser ainsi que les conditions annexes, comme les rainures, ont ainsi pu \u00eatre d\u00e9finis math\u00e9matiquement sur la base d'objectifs commerciaux et d'indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance concrets. \"Des m\u00e9triques claires sont n\u00e9cessaires aussi bien pour l'apprentissage automatique que pour l'optimisation math\u00e9matique. Ce n'est qu'ainsi que l'on peut cr\u00e9er un algorithme qui r\u00e9sout des probl\u00e8mes pertinents\", explique Kleiminger en conclusion.<\/p>\n

Une solution, de nombreux avantages<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Digitec Galaxus utilise la solution depuis l'automne 2022. Depuis, le commer\u00e7ant en ligne n'\u00e9conomise pas seulement des ressources et des co\u00fbts. Aurel Gautschi, Product Owner chez Digitec Galaxus, d\u00e9clare : \"Nous avons re\u00e7u de tr\u00e8s nombreux retours positifs de la part des collaborateurs\". Les nouvelles tailles de colis sont nettement plus ergonomiques. Cela simplifie le travail. Les clients se r\u00e9jouissent \u00e9galement de la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets.
