On ne peut pas le nier : Le co\u00fbt de la vie ne cesse d'augmenter en raison de l'inflation. En revanche, les salaires des employ\u00e9s n'ont gu\u00e8re augment\u00e9, en particulier dans le domaine des bas salaires, comme le constatent les deux associations d'employ\u00e9s, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse des employ\u00e9s de commerce et Employ\u00e9s Suisse. Les modestes augmentations de salaire de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ne compensent plus gu\u00e8re la hausse du co\u00fbt de la vie, d\u00e9plorent-elles. C'est pourquoi les deux associations demandent jusqu'\u00e0 4,5% d'augmentation de salaire \u00e0 partir de 2024. Cette revendication s'applique en particulier aux entreprises qui n'ont pas accord\u00e9 l'an dernier \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s la pleine compensation du rench\u00e9rissement. Cela signifie que chaque situation d'entreprise doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e individuellement dans le cadre exig\u00e9, est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse. Les professions \u00e0 bas salaires font exception. Dans ces cas, il faut \u00e9viter une perte de salaire r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n

Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices augmentent, les salaires baissent : \"Cela ne peut pas continuer ainsi\".<\/h3>\n

Les entreprises font des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices : elles pr\u00e9sentent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de bons, voire de tr\u00e8s bons chiffres. Mais les employ\u00e9s n'en ressentent rien ou presque lors des n\u00e9gociations salariales - ou alors ils sont renvoy\u00e9s \u00e0 plus tard. \"Chaque ann\u00e9e, la productivit\u00e9 des travailleurs augmente et avec elle les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des entreprises\", explique Michel Lang, responsable du partenariat social \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse des employ\u00e9s de commerce. \"Nous vivons actuellement une situation exceptionnelle : un march\u00e9 du travail robuste et - ce qui y est probablement li\u00e9 - un comportement de consommation des m\u00e9nages priv\u00e9s actuellement encore ininterrompu. Et pourtant, de nombreux m\u00e9nages doivent faire face \u00e0 une baisse de leur revenu r\u00e9el, tandis que les entreprises distribuent leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 leurs actionnaires. Nos revendications salariales sont donc l\u00e9gitimes et n\u00e9cessaires\". Les augmentations salariales demand\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaires parce que le pouvoir d'achat des employ\u00e9s est d'une importance \u00e9vidente pour l'\u00e9conomie suisse : si le pouvoir d'achat baisse, cela a des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives imm\u00e9diates sur l'\u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n

Des salaires attractifs comme investissement contre la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre<\/h3>\n

L'augmentation constante du co\u00fbt de la vie touche de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e les personnes travaillant dans le secteur des bas salaires et a de graves cons\u00e9quences : Beaucoup d'entre elles n'ont pratiquement pas de r\u00e9serves financi\u00e8res et n'ont plus de capacit\u00e9s. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse des employ\u00e9s de commerce et Employ\u00e9s Suisse demandent donc un effort particulier de la part des entreprises qui se concentrent sur les personnes \u00e0 faible revenu, sous la forme d'une augmentation de salaire d'au moins 300 CHF par mois pour les collaborateurs qui gagnent moins de 4200 CHF par mois \u00e0 plein temps. \"Les personnes travaillant dans le secteur des bas salaires doivent avoir la certitude qu'elles ne subiront pas de perte de salaire r\u00e9el. C'est pourquoi la cotisation minimale exig\u00e9e joue un r\u00f4le important\", d\u00e9clare Stefan Studer, directeur d'Employ\u00e9s Suisse. En ces temps de p\u00e9nurie aigu\u00eb de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e, les entreprises investissent en outre dans leur propre avenir si elles proposent des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations attrayantes, poursuit Stefan Studer. Selon lui, jamais autant de personnes n'ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00eates \u00e0 travailler, changer d'emploi<\/a>. Et le moment n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi propice pour cela. \"Si l'on veut conserver le personnel qualifi\u00e9 ou l'attirer \u00e0 bord, il faut mettre de l'argent \u00e0 disposition\", explique Stefan Studer.<\/p>\n
