L'entreprise Forterro, dont le si\u00e8ge social est \u00e0 Londres, investit strat\u00e9giquement dans des entreprises de logiciels industrielles de taille moyenne qui, face \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique et aux d\u00e9fis actuels tels que la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e, ont besoin d'un partenaire pour pouvoir se d\u00e9velopper et cro\u00eetre. L'acquisition de Proffix doit donc \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans l'expansion de Forterro dans la r\u00e9gion d'Europe centrale. Peter Herger accompagnera la p\u00e9riode de transition et se retirera ensuite de l'entreprise.
