Parall\u00e8lement, le monde du travail est soumis \u00e0 des changements rapides qui influencent \u00e9galement les attentes et les besoins de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z vis-\u00e0-vis de leurs employeurs. Avec cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9cemment achev\u00e9e et repr\u00e9sentative \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nationale, SwissSkills souhaite apporter une contribution informative aux associations professionnelles et aux employeurs. La recherche de personnel qualifi\u00e9 et d'apprentis engag\u00e9s repr\u00e9sente de plus en plus l'un des plus grands d\u00e9fis pour l'\u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les principales conclusions - dans trois domaines diff\u00e9rents<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur le recrutement, le d\u00e9veloppement et la fid\u00e9lisation des jeunes talents. Les conclusions de l'\u00e9tude montrent qu'une bonne ambiance de travail, l'\u00e9quipe, les coll\u00e8gues sont les principales raisons du choix de l'employeur, tant pour les femmes (94%) que pour les hommes (87%). La recherche d'emploi par le biais d'annonces classiques arrive en t\u00eate pour les deux sexes (80%), suivie par les contacts personnels (75%). Les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne jouent pas un grand r\u00f4le dans la recherche d'emploi.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le d\u00e9veloppement des jeunes talents, l'exigence de loin la plus importante envers les dirigeants est l'estime, ainsi que la confiance et le respect (78% pour les femmes et 77% pour les hommes). L'honn\u00eatet\u00e9 et une communication ouverte arrivent en deuxi\u00e8me position des attentes envers les cadres, tant chez les femmes (65%) que chez les hommes (61%).<\/p>\n<p>Les trois principales raisons pour lesquelles les jeunes quittent une entreprise sont de nature interpersonnelle ; une mauvaise ambiance de travail (64%), un manque d'estime (62%) et une insatisfaction vis-\u00e0-vis de la direction (41%) ne sont gu\u00e8re propices \u00e0 une fid\u00e9lisation prolong\u00e9e des employ\u00e9s. Pourtant, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'emploi est un besoin important tant pour les femmes (50%) que pour les hommes (44%), m\u00eame en p\u00e9riode de faible ch\u00f4mage et de p\u00e9nurie croissante de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Repr\u00e9sentatif de toute la Suisse et de tous les secteurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude SwissSkills a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en coop\u00e9ration avec \"Kitoko People\". Pour cette \u00e9tude, 600 personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 17 \u00e0 27 ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es en ligne dans toute la Suisse. Parmi elles, 460 personnes provenaient de Suisse al\u00e9manique, 100 de Suisse romande et 40 de Suisse italienne. L'\u00e9chantillon de l'enqu\u00eate couvre une grande partie des secteurs. Les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9es entre mars 2023 et mai 2023. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es \u00e9taient les SwissSkills Ambassadors et tous les participants aux SwissSkills 2022.
