(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Depuis que l'entreprise OpenAI a ouvert son programme ChatGPT \u00e0 une utilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale gratuite fin 2022, le th\u00e8me de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) a fait l'objet d'un v\u00e9ritable engouement, non seulement en bourse, mais aussi dans les m\u00e9dias. Ils ont d\u00e9crit sous les couleurs les plus chatoyantes les opportunit\u00e9s qu'offre l'IA aux entreprises, par exemple pour r\u00e9organiser et optimiser leurs processus commerciaux, et les dangers que repr\u00e9sente une utilisation accrue de l'IA - pour certains m\u00e9tiers ou travailleurs qui occupent certaines fonctions dans les entreprises.<\/p>\n<h3>Utilisation de l'IA : s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 chez les dirigeants<\/h3>\n<p>Les cadres dirigeants des entreprises semblent toutefois aborder le sujet de l'intelligence artificielle avec une grande s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. C'est du moins ce que sugg\u00e8re le dernier Leadership-Trendbarometer de l'Institut pour la culture de direction \u00e0 l'\u00e8re num\u00e9rique (IFIDZ) de Wiesbaden. 158 cadres ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate en ligne. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur la mani\u00e8re dont, selon eux, l'utilisation accrue de l'IA modifie le r\u00f4le et les responsabilit\u00e9s des cadres.<\/p>\n<p>L'enqu\u00eate a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que seuls 2 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont convaincues que les outils ou syst\u00e8mes d'IA peuvent remplacer les cadres humains \u00e0 moyen ou long terme. Ils ne craignent donc pas pour leur fonction. Au contraire, la plupart d'entre eux (93 pour cent) sont convaincus que l'intelligence artificielle (IA) peut les aider dans leur travail de direction. Par exemple, 56 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es s'attendent \u00e0 ce que les syst\u00e8mes d'IA puissent d\u00e9charger les cadres des \"t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives et ennuyeuses\". En outre, une bonne moiti\u00e9 des cadres (51 pour cent) est convaincue que l'IA peut les aider, eux et leurs collaborateurs, \u00e0 concevoir des processus de d\u00e9cision \"plus efficaces\" et \u00e0 prendre de \"meilleures d\u00e9cisions\". C'est pourquoi 57 pour cent des cadres plaident pour une plus grande ouverture de leur organisation \u00e0 l'utilisation de l'IA dans la gestion - pour trouver des solutions et atteindre des objectifs. En outre, ils souhaitent que les peurs et les r\u00e9serves existantes \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de l'IA soient r\u00e9duites afin que celle-ci soit \"naturellement mise en \u0153uvre et utilis\u00e9e\".<\/p>\n<h3>Peu utilisent les outils d'IA<\/h3>\n<p>Deux tiers des cadres (66 pour cent) sont d'avis que \"l'IA est devenue indispensable \u00e0 notre vie\". Par cons\u00e9quent, seuls 3 % sont convaincus que le d\u00e9bat actuel sur l'IA n'est qu'un \"battage m\u00e9diatique\" qui \"va bient\u00f4t s'estomper\". Dans ce contexte, il est frappant de constater que seuls 12 % des cadres utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des outils d'IA pour leur travail de direction et pour am\u00e9liorer leurs performances personnelles et celles de leur secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie, selon les d\u00e9clarations de Barbara Liebermeister, directrice de l'IFIDZ, qu'il existe actuellement encore un grand \u00e9cart entre l'ouverture et l'acceptation des syst\u00e8mes d'IA par les cadres d'une part et leur utilisation dans le quotidien de l'entreprise et de la direction d'autre part.
