(Image : Fotolia.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Plus de 30 % des travailleurs suisses souhaitent un v\u00e9ritable changement dans leur quotidien professionnel. Mais pourquoi les demandeurs d'emploi souhaitent-ils changer d'employeur ?  Selon une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9cente du portail de l'emploi en ligne JobCloud (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jobs.ch\/de\/\">jobs.ch<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jobup.ch\/\">jobup.ch<\/a>) en collaboration avec l'Institut LINK, la perspective d'un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 n'est la raison principale que pour un peu plus de 10 %. Il s'av\u00e8re qu'un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9terminant pour les jeunes demandeurs d'emploi entre 16 et 24 ans (20 pour cent), alors que les demandeurs d'emploi entre 45 et 60 ans n'y accordent gu\u00e8re d'importance (8 pour cent). Parmi les Romands en recherche d'emploi, environ 15% le font parce qu'ils n'ont pas d'emploi, contre 9% des Suisses al\u00e9maniques. Les Suisses al\u00e9maniques semblent plus ouverts \u00e0 une r\u00e9orientation professionnelle que les Romands : 10 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es souhaitent changer de branche ou d'activit\u00e9 (Suisse romande : 6 pour cent). Des diff\u00e9rences apparaissent \u00e9galement entre les femmes et les hommes, les femmes \u00e9tant plus susceptibles de chercher un emploi mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 que les hommes (13 contre 11 pour cent) et les hommes \u00e9tant comparativement plus nombreux \u00e0 chercher un emploi parce qu'ils ne s'entendent pas avec leur coll\u00e8gue de travail ou leur sup\u00e9rieur (11 pour cent contre 5 pour cent). Dans l'ensemble, ces r\u00e9sultats confirment indirectement ceux d'une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment par Xing (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/die-berufstraeume-und-traumberufe-von-erwachsenen\/\">voir notre rapport<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les contacts personnels sont tr\u00e8s importants pour les jeunes demandeurs d'emploi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le fait que la recherche d'emploi se fasse d\u00e9sormais principalement en ligne n'est pas une surprise : environ 66 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es recherchent de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur des portails d'emploi en ligne comme jobs.ch, 49 pour cent consultent \u00e9galement les sites web des entreprises pour trouver de nouvelles offres d'emploi. Cependant, la presse \u00e9crite reste dans la course : 39 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es recherchent \u00e9galement des emplois dans les journaux et les magazines. La recherche via la presse \u00e9crite reste bien \u00e9tablie, en particulier chez la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des 45 \u00e0 60 ans (54 %). Les contacts personnels sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s par les demandeurs d'emploi (45 pour cent). En particulier chez les jeunes demandeurs d'emploi \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 \u00e0 2 ans (52 pour cent). Cette cat\u00e9gorie d'\u00e2ge recherche aussi plus souvent directement et consciemment via des moteurs de recherche comme Google ou Yahoo (46 pour cent contre 29 pour cent en moyenne pour toutes les cat\u00e9gories d'\u00e2ge). Comme le montre l'enqu\u00eate JobCloud, les contacts personnels sont payants : environ 29 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont obtenu un nouveau poste en 2017 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des amis et des connaissances. Respectivement 19 et 18 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont opt\u00e9 pour un poste qu'elles avaient trouv\u00e9 sur les sites d'emploi d'une entreprise ou sur une plateforme d'emploi en ligne. En 2017, 8 pour cent des postes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9s suite \u00e0 des candidatures spontan\u00e9es.
