Elle a interrog\u00e9 plus de 2'900 d\u00e9cideurs informatiques dans diff\u00e9rentes entreprises du monde entier. L'enqu\u00eate de cette ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 laquelle ont \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 des cadres informatiques de Suisse, discute entre autres de l'influence de l'\u00e9volution des syst\u00e8mes informatiques sur la taille des \u00e9quipes informatiques. Concr\u00e8tement, la question a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulev\u00e9e de savoir si les \u00e9quipes informatiques existantes \u00e9taient en mesure de r\u00e9pondre aux nouvelles exigences. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les syst\u00e8mes informatiques deviennent de plus en plus complexes, les menaces auxquelles ils sont confront\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement de plus en plus sophistiqu\u00e9es. Les \u00e9quipes informatiques doivent am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 afin de prot\u00e9ger les syst\u00e8mes qu'elles g\u00e8rent. En bref, la recherche de talents s'intensifie.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales conclusions du STC 2023 concernant les professionnels sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (66 %) des responsables informatiques du monde entier pr\u00e9voient d'augmenter la taille de leurs \u00e9quipes techniques au cours des 12 prochains mois.<strong>. En Suisse, 60 % s'y attendent.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>57 % des d\u00e9cideurs informatiques ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la taille de leur \u00e9quipe avait augment\u00e9 au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. <strong>Depuis la Suisse, il y avait 46 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Seuls 9 % des responsables informatiques s'attendent \u00e0 ce que leurs \u00e9quipes se r\u00e9duisent au cours des 12 prochains mois. <strong>En Suisse, il s'agit pourtant de 13 %.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>L'enqu\u00eate montre que, globalement, les techniciens informatiques (53 %), le cloud computing (40 %) et l'intelligence artificielle\/l'apprentissage automatique (37 %) sont les principaux domaines dans lesquels de nouveaux collaborateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ou seront recrut\u00e9s. <strong>En Suisse, les domaines les plus importants sont : Technicien IT (41 %), Data Protection (36 %) ainsi que Security Analyst (\u00e9galement 36 %).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Inversement, les cadres informatiques sont les plus susceptibles de pr\u00e9voir une r\u00e9duction des effectifs ou d'avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une telle r\u00e9duction dans les domaines prioritaires que sont les techniciens informatiques (49 %), l'ing\u00e9nierie mat\u00e9rielle (25 %) et l'analyse des donn\u00e9es (24 %). <strong>En Suisse, il s'agit des domaines de l'analyse des donn\u00e9es (37 %), de la conformit\u00e9 ainsi que des techniciens informatiques avec 30 % chacun.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Le plus grand d\u00e9fi en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences pour le secteur technologique est, au niveau mondial, la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle le secteur technologique \u00e9volue (45 % \/ <strong>36% en Suisse<\/strong>). Les r\u00e9pondants ont \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9 le manque de talents disponibles (36 % au niveau mondial et 36 % au niveau local) et la r\u00e9tention des talents (36% au niveau mondial \/ 36% au niveau local). <strong>28 % en Suisse<\/strong>) comme d\u00e9fis, suivis par les attentes de la main-d'\u0153uvre (33 % \/ <strong>34 %<\/strong> <strong>local<\/strong>) et les personnes qui postulent \u00e0 des emplois avec de fausses qualifications (29 % \/ <strong>m\u00eame 35% en Suisse<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>82 % des d\u00e9cideurs informatiques mondiaux (<strong>73% en Suisse<\/strong>) consid\u00e8rent l'am\u00e9lioration de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 comme la priorit\u00e9 absolue de la strat\u00e9gie technologique de leur entreprise.
