L'\u00e9conomiste en chef de la CCI de Saint-Gall-Appenzell, Jan Riss, s'est \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 sur ce sujet : \"Compte tenu de l'\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique, il est indispensable pour les PME de Suisse orientale de se positionner comme des employeurs attractifs. C'est ainsi que nous pourrons aborder de mani\u00e8re proactive la p\u00e9nurie croissante de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e\", a-t-il estim\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 continue donc de s'aggraver. Annina Fitzian et Nico Dudli ont compris que la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration n'attend pas seulement des interactions num\u00e9riques, mais qu'elle apporte aussi d'autres valeurs. C'est pourquoi il est plus important que jamais pour les PME de se pr\u00e9senter de mani\u00e8re efficace et authentique dans le monde num\u00e9rique. \"Notre agence allie une expertise en marketing en ligne \u00e0 une profonde compr\u00e9hension des tendances actuelles du march\u00e9 du travail\", explique Annina Fitzian.
