(Image : unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La d\u00e9termination des \"Champions suisses du service\" s'effectue exclusivement sur la base des \u00e9valuations des clients et se fonde sur la question cl\u00e9 de savoir si les clients ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'un tr\u00e8s bon service aupr\u00e8s des entreprises et des prestataires \u00e0 examiner au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les \u00e9valuations des clients sont traduites en pourcentages d'approbation \u00e0 l'aide du Service Experience Score (SES), un outil scientifiquement fiable, et deviennent ainsi une valeur mesurable et comparable dans toutes les entreprises et tous les secteurs. D'une part, les entreprises ayant un SES nettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne sont r\u00e9compens\u00e9es : elles sont class\u00e9es en or, argent ou bronze dans tous les secteurs. D'autre part, 57 gagnants sectoriels sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s parmi les entreprises qui pr\u00e9sentent le SES le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans leur secteur respectif. L'enqu\u00eate se d\u00e9roule sans la participation des entreprises \u00e9valu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les gagnants sectoriels les mieux not\u00e9s et class\u00e9s en or<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore, c'est Ochsner Sport qui d\u00e9fend la premi\u00e8re place du classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des 650 entreprises, suivi par Orell F\u00fcssli et Manor. Accor, St\u00f6ckli, Loeb, Swiss Quality Hotels, Kempinski, Z\u00fcricher Kantonalbank (ZKB) et Samsung compl\u00e8tent le top 10.
