Le travail flexible figure sur la liste des souhaits au m\u00eame titre qu'une culture d'entreprise forte. La jeune entreprise ahead a reconnu d\u00e8s 2020 qu'une nouvelle forme d'intranet \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de communication interne et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une application pour les collaborateurs. Aujourd'hui, une application pour les collaborateurs est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un \"must\" dans une entreprise. \"Si l'on veut, en tant qu'employeur, atteindre la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et l'impliquer dans la vie de l'entreprise, il faut aller l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle se trouve : sur le mobile\", affirme avec conviction Pascal Grossniklaus, CEO et fondateur de ahead.<\/p>\n
