Un syst\u00e8me de location automatique de v\u00e9los est en service dans la ville de Zurich selon le mod\u00e8le PPP. Le partenaire priv\u00e9 responsable de la planification, de la construction, de l'exploitation et du financement des plus de 150 stations est la filiale de CarPostal \"PubliBike\". \"Z\u00fcri Velo\" a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 le 6 avril 2018 ; d'ici l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2019, son r\u00e9seau de location devrait \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement op\u00e9rationnel avec un total de 2250 v\u00e9los, dont la moiti\u00e9 de v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques et la moiti\u00e9 de v\u00e9los \u00e0 propulsion conventionnelle. Lorenz B\u00f6sch, pr\u00e9sident de l'Association PPP Suisse, a soulign\u00e9 \u00e0 l'occasion de l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 Berne que le mod\u00e8le PPP est aujourd'hui bien ancr\u00e9 en Suisse et qu'il est de plus en plus souvent envisag\u00e9 pour des projets et des t\u00e2ches de grande envergure. Les publications et les manifestations organis\u00e9es par l'association au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es y ont largement contribu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Une standardisation du mod\u00e8le PPP s'est solidement \u00e9tablie dans certains domaines. Les efforts de l'association ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s du mod\u00e8le PPP soient int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et inscrits dans les directives obligatoires de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, de la Conf\u00e9rence des achats de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et de nombreuses autres administrations.<\/p>\n

Le savoir \u00e9labor\u00e9 avec le soutien de nombreux experts est accessible au public. L'association a ainsi largement atteint les objectifs qu'elle s'\u00e9tait fix\u00e9s et cessera ses activit\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin du mois.<\/p>\n

Smart City - que signifie concr\u00e8tement cette expression ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

L'Association PPP Suisse, fond\u00e9e en 2006, a mis un terme \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s en organisant une derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance d'information publique sur le th\u00e8me de la \"Smart City\". L'association s'\u00e9tait fix\u00e9 pour objectif d'ancrer en Suisse le nouveau mod\u00e8le de partenariats public-priv\u00e9 pour l'accomplissement de t\u00e2ches publiques et de promouvoir sa standardisation. Le th\u00e8me Smart City, \u00e9galement bas\u00e9 sur les partenariats, vise une durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9cologique, \u00e9conomique et sociale, en particulier dans les villes, et pr\u00e9sente de nombreux points communs avec les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent par l'association. Selon les projections actuelles, la Suisse comptera environ dix millions d'habitants en 2045, dont la majorit\u00e9 dans les grandes villes.<\/p>\n

Smart City est un terme g\u00e9n\u00e9rique d\u00e9signant des concepts de d\u00e9veloppement globaux visant \u00e0 rendre les villes plus efficaces, plus avanc\u00e9es sur le plan technologique, plus vertes et plus inclusives sur le plan social. Ces concepts impliquent des innovations techniques, \u00e9conomiques et sociales.<\/p>\n

Selon le Dr Christian Geiger, pr\u00e9sident de l'association Smart City Hub Suisse, des dispositions sont n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir la qualit\u00e9 de vie et la qualit\u00e9 du site en Suisse. Selon lui, cela n'est possible qu'en partenariat entre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, la politique, l'administration et l'\u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n

Un nouvel \u00e9lan pour les villes et une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie et de localisation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Smart City Hub Switzerland a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en \u00e9t\u00e9 2018 par les villes de Saint-Gall, Winterthour, Zoug et Zurich, en collaboration avec les CFF, Swisscom et la Poste suisse. D'autres villes sont devenues membres au cours des derniers mois, comme B\u00e2le, Wil SG, Ittigen, Aarau, Lenzbourg, Lucerne et Schaffhouse. D'autres devraient suivre, notamment des villes de Suisse romande et du Tessin. L'association a pour objectif de faire avancer le th\u00e8me de la Smart City dans toute la Suisse avec des projets concrets. Une t\u00e2che centrale du Smart City Hub Switzerland est en outre de soutenir ses membres dans la mise en \u0153uvre de projets publics et priv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Philippe Stadler Benz, responsable par int\u00e9rim du programme Smart City aux CFF, a soulign\u00e9 que les CFF pouvaient apporter une contribution d\u00e9terminante \u00e0 une Suisse intelligente gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs offres de mobilit\u00e9 en r\u00e9seau, leurs infrastructures \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de la Suisse et leurs sites centraux de grande envergure. Conscients de cette responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, ils souhaitent soutenir les cantons, les villes et les communes en tant que partenaire solide sur la voie de la Smart City.<\/p>\n

Au printemps 2019, le canton de B\u00e2le-Ville et les CFF ont ouvert le Smart City Lab Basel sur l'Areal Wolf, \u00e0 quelques minutes \u00e0 v\u00e9lo au sud de la gare CFF de B\u00e2le. Le laboratoire permet aux partenaires de l'\u00e9conomie, de la science et de l'administration de d\u00e9velopper et de tester des solutions innovantes pour la ville de demain et pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de toute la Suisse. Jusqu'en 2024, le Smart City Lab de B\u00e2le offre un espace d'environ 160 000 m2 pour des projets pilotes de smart city et r\u00e9unit des id\u00e9es, des connaissances et des personnes afin de relever ensemble les d\u00e9fis actuels et futurs. L'accent th\u00e9matique est mis sur les domaines de la mobilit\u00e9 et de la logistique. Les premiers partenaires travaillent dans les domaines de la logistique urbaine, de la gestion de l'\u00e9clairage, de l'\u00e9nergie, du comptage du trafic et des donn\u00e9es 3D.<\/p>\n
