Selon l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral suisse de la statistique, l'\u00e2ge moyen de la population active est pass\u00e9 de 39,0 \u00e0 42,0 ans entre 1991 et 2022. En 2022, environ 33% des actifs suisses \u00e9taient \u00e2g\u00e9s de 40 \u00e0 54 ans et repr\u00e9sentaient ainsi la plus grande partie de la main-d'\u0153uvre. Le taux d'activit\u00e9 de la population est largement influenc\u00e9 par les changements d\u00e9mographiques. D'ici 2050, on enregistre une baisse de 5,6 % du taux d'activit\u00e9, qui passe de 68,3% \u00e0 62,7%. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le nombre de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 65 ans et plus pour 100 actifs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 20 \u00e0 64 ans passera de 35,6% \u00e0 53,3%. Dans les 34% de cas restants, les d\u00e9partements responsables de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des seniors sont typiquement le d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines (40%), la direction (14%) et le d\u00e9partement de gestion de la sant\u00e9 en entreprise (11%).<\/p>\n<p>Interrog\u00e9es sur les offres sp\u00e9cifiques destin\u00e9es aux travailleurs de plus de 50 ans, les entreprises ont indiqu\u00e9 que l'accent \u00e9tait principalement mis sur \"l'adaptation des conditions et des mod\u00e8les de travail\", sur les offres de retraite anticip\u00e9e et sur l'aide en cas de licenciement. Actuellement, soit on ne se pr\u00e9occupe pas des besoins des plus de 50 ans et, si c'est le cas, on investit davantage dans la r\u00e9duction de leur force de travail et de leur temps de travail que dans des mesures de gestion des talents et des carri\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Identifier les d\u00e9fis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude a identifi\u00e9 une palette de pr\u00e9occupations de la Silver Workforce : en premier lieu la \"sant\u00e9\", suivie de \"l'employabilit\u00e9\", de \"la retraite anticip\u00e9e\" et de \"l'adaptation des conditions de travail\". Des th\u00e8mes critiques tels que le \"manque d'estime\", la \"peur du licenciement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9\" et la \"discrimination li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge\" ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9s comme particuli\u00e8rement pertinents.<\/p>\n<p>\"Au vu des r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude, il est non seulement raisonnable, mais aussi essentiel pour l'avenir des march\u00e9s de l'emploi, de s'int\u00e9resser de pr\u00e8s aux d\u00e9fis et aux opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9s au vieillissement de la main-d'\u0153uvre. Plus longtemps les collaborateurs \u00e2g\u00e9s pourront \u00eatre retenus dans l'entreprise, plus vite la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre pourra \u00eatre combattue.
