C'est ce qui ressort d'un communiqu\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 le 27 juillet. L'entreprise, qui poss\u00e8de les deux marques Forster K\u00fcchen et Piatti, est une filiale du groupe allemand ALNO AG, l'un des plus grands fabricants de cuisines d'Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p>Les mesures de restructuration mises en \u0153uvre depuis d\u00e9but janvier 2017 chez Bruno Piatti AG portent leurs premiers fruits et permettent d'assurer le fonctionnement op\u00e9rationnel de l'entreprise, comme le communique cette derni\u00e8re. Malgr\u00e9 ces succ\u00e8s, le conseil d'administration est tenu de d\u00e9poser une demande de sursis concordataire provisoire en raison des charges h\u00e9rit\u00e9es du pass\u00e9 et des besoins \u00e9lev\u00e9s en liquidit\u00e9s qui en d\u00e9coulent, poursuit le communiqu\u00e9. Avec cette demande, le conseil d'administration poursuit, avec la direction et la direction d'ALNO AG, l'objectif de poursuivre l'activit\u00e9 de Bruno Piatti AG de mani\u00e8re rentable apr\u00e8s la cl\u00f4ture de la proc\u00e9dure d'assainissement.
