Depuis 1988, Infoniqa poursuit sur le march\u00e9 suisse de l'informatique une politique commerciale ax\u00e9e sur la continuit\u00e9 qui permet une croissance qualitative et quantitative. Avec ses 70 collaborateurs, elle est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 suisse par les bureaux de Baar\/ZG, Zurich et Bussigny-pr\u00e8s-Lausanne et entend poursuivre sa croissance dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir en tant qu'int\u00e9grateur de syst\u00e8mes informatiques pour les solutions de Data Center, les services g\u00e9r\u00e9s, ainsi qu'en tant que fournisseur de solutions de Cloud et de gestion de l'information.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9sormais enti\u00e8rement entre les mains d'Urs R. Tschudin et de Roger Hegglin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Toute l'histoire d'Infoniqa SQL SA peut \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9e de mouvement\u00e9e : Mi-2007, l'ancienne SQL SA a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendue \u00e0 Infoniqa Holding GmbH \u00e0 Vienne. L'achat de T-Systems Romandie et la fusion avec Infoniqa Suisse qui s'en est suivie ont suivi d\u00e8s mars 2008. D\u00e9but 2012, les deux actionnaires minoritaires Urs R. Tschudin et Roger Hegglin, avec le soutien de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 allemande de private equity CornerstoneCapital, ont rachet\u00e9 Infoniqa Suisse \u00e0 Infoniqa Holding, faisant ainsi de l'int\u00e9grateur de syst\u00e8mes une entreprise suisse ind\u00e9pendante. Aujourd'hui, Tschudin et Hegglin ont rachet\u00e9 toutes les parts de CornerstoneCapital par le biais d'un management buyout et sont ainsi propri\u00e9taires \u00e0 100% de cette entreprise florissante.<\/p>\n

Histoire d'une r\u00e9ussite : Infoniqa SQL SA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entre 2012 et aujourd'hui, Hegglin et Tschudin ont pu, avec leur \u00e9quipe, faire passer le chiffre d'affaires d'Infoniqa SQL AG d'environ 20 millions de francs \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque \u00e0 environ 45 millions de francs, plus de la moiti\u00e9 de la croissance \u00e9tant organique. Les deux acquisitions de GlassHouse Technologies AG (fin 2013) et de Hirt Informatik AG (fin 2016) ont \u00e9galement eu lieu durant la p\u00e9riode de participation allemande.<\/p>\n
